We had an amazing holiday at Viking Star Hotel, the staff were friendly, welcoming and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the facilities were good and we found something tasty to eat at each meal time. It was the ideal location for shopping, visiting the beach (pebble beach just 10 minutes away and sandy beach a little further but with plenty of places to stop for a drink along the way) and relaxing by the pool. And we loved the hotel cats! 🐈‍⬛ We visited out of season so there was no entertainment but we plan to go back in the summer!

This hotel really does not earn more than 3 stars. The hotel and rooms are kept spotlessly clean and there is a nice pool area Our room and facilities were very good with comfortable beds The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The spa area was very nice however the steam room was often turned off and the relaxation area was cold. The Spa manager was very friendly. The problem with this hotel is the food which offers the smallest buffet I’ve ever seen in this quality hotel. The food was cold and repetitive every day of our 3 day stay. This was the same throughout breakfast, lunch and dinner. As a resident of Turkey I am used to and enjoy Turkish food but this was really not good and unacceptable. There was 8 hot dishes which included a veg, a meat and a fish of poor quality A small salad bar and small selection of desserts. The drinks included in the all inclusive package were also lacking with a very limited selection, we ended up buying our own mixers from the supermarket Hot drinks were also restricted to tea and coffee. There is a fridge with one small bottle water on arrival per person and no kettle in the room.

07 Kasım 2023 tarihinde havale sonrası oteli arayıp Tuncay bey ile yaptığım görüşmede Gönen grubu olduğumuzu bildirip havalenin gelip gelmediğini sorup teyit aldıktan sonra rezervasyonumuz konusunda başka yapmamız gereken bir işlemin olup olmadığı sorup, olmadığını Tuncay bey iletti. Fakat bugün (24.11.2023) otele giriş taptığımızda rezervasyonumuzun olmadığı ancak başka bir otelde konaklam konusunda yardımcı olabileceklerini gündüzleri de otellerini kullanabileceğimizi söylediler. Denizli’den 3 aile olarak gelip bu şekilde mağdur edildik. Sonuç itibariyle böyle çok ciddiyetsiz bir işletme olduklarını beyan etmişlerdir. Rezervasyon yapacak konukların dikkatlerini bu konuya çekmek istiyorum

Kemer Dancefestival in Viking Star was really a very nice experience. Norwegians, Finnish and Swedish and also Tyrkish dancefriends together in the same festival dancing tango, salsa and swing all days and nights long. There is three air-conditioned ballrooms in the hotel and good place to dance also on poolbarside with more than 100 dancers. The staff is best in the world - helpful and flexible and always asking, if you need something and waiting patiently, when we finished our dancing . We love this hotel and the Staff and now after the updated rooms and showers we will absolutely come back !

Had a 5night stay at this place, certainly not as described, this isn’t 5 * in any way, old dilapidated 3* would better describe it, staff looked mostly dejected, food was a bit boring, lots of turkey! Drinks were strongly monitored, I had to put a complaint into reception to get a bottle of water, I did expect to hear the call to prayer, it’s quite loud tho. It’s clean enough tho, sheets clean but worn, I wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back

Avoid absolutely everything about this hotel or you will regret it i travel to antalya 3 times a year and this is the biggest let down in Turkish history i feel angered and embarrassed by taking my family here. a 1 star hotel at it's very best you have to sign in and sign out like a bail hostel every time you leave the hotel? What's that all about? If you get up and leave your sunbed to go grab a drink when you come back your towels are missing and they charge you for it yes they charge you £30 for the towel that they took while pop to the toilet or grab a drink If you put your food on the table and go grab a drink and come back your food is missing or if you grab a drink and put it on the table and grab some food your drink is is gone when you pop back to the table. The food is basic and cold as it's microwaved and most of it is fake it would make aldi look like waitrose. The soft drinks are sugar and water and alcohol smells like hospital. The room is more basic than a police station no mini bar no kettle no tea or coffee no iron board or iron no hair dryer nowhere to sit £50 charge for the safety deposit box. Broken lift with me on the 3rd floor and disabled card no disabled room. Russian entertainment once a week Russian staff who doesn't understand a word of English. Completely closed after 11pm Constantly arguing with the staff and shouting in the lobby with so many guests complaining it a joke All in all a horrible experience i will not return or forget this place
