挺好的，因為參加活動，朋友推薦入住的酒店。入住整體環境挺好的，在攜程上預訂價位也比較好。和酒店人員溝通也很順暢。

In the middle of renovations so at times a bit noisy, hallways a bit dirty. Found screws on the floor of the public bathroom. The staff was mostly good but one was quite rude when told that the coffee in the lobby needed to be replenished.

Super nice room, comfortable bed, but it was a bit noisy and from kids running and shouting in hallways and in the room next to us. However, the staff did say they could move us. Staff were helpful and friendly, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

*******s website falsely advertises the jetted tub in the king room which we have booked previously. We found out upon check in that the jetted tubs are no longer in the room. We paid the extra $60 a night JUST for the tub because we were taking two days off to relax and unwind. Also we were disappointed that renovations were being done in the room above us. The staff are the saving grace of this hotel as everyone we spoke to was absolutely understanding, kind and professional. ******* should compensate us for falsely advertising a room that did not exist any longer.

Hotel is undergoing some renovations so no lobby area to speak of, there were shipping containers in most of the parking lot Staff were helpful and the room itself was very clean and comfortable

This was a terrible experience. This is the second time I was here. There was drywall dust in my room, like last time. A completely renovated room and the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. There were dirty towels left under the sink. And they said construction wouldn’t start till 9. It began at 8 am on my floor. When I spoke to the front desk he said he made a mistake the night before with the time. I said the is is the second time I’ve stayed for medical appts and the heater was so loud I had to shut it off. Others in the breakfast room were just as upset and said they had no sleep either. When I asked what they could do to fix this they said nothing.

You can hear people in the hallways. Sound proof doors would be nice. But the hotel itself was very enjoyable. Love the slide!!

There were renovations going on which didn't bother us at all. Front desk person was very helpful and friendly. I was disappointed in the rooms. You could easily hear people talking in other rooms. The non-rug floor was sticky and had clearly not been cleaned. The pull-out chouce had hairs all over it. The towels and face clothes in the bathroom were stained. Pool qnd hot tub were decent though..kids loved it. Probably wouldn't stay again though tbh
