I had a fantastic stay at this hotel—easily one of the best options in Trivandrum. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out, especially from Sadhik at the reception desk. Despite it being late at night, he was incredibly energetic, welcoming, and went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to see such dedication and enthusiasm, especially during the late hours, and it truly made a difference in my overall experience. The hotel clearly knows how to choose and train its staff. Sadhik’s professionalism and positive attitude reflect the kind of service culture this place upholds. He handled my check-in smoothly, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process.
