카이세리 2성급 호텔

Please, do yourself a favor and stay as far as possible of this hotel. Even if you’re on a plane near this area, tell your pilot to deviate and don’t overfly this horrible place. The room was super small, old, poor maintained, broken power outlets,not working wifi and has the worst cigarette smell that I’ve ever feel in my life. There was no hot water, no towels, not a curtain in the shower and just the remains of what used to be a roll of toilet paper long ago. It seems that they haven’t clean the room properly and there’ were some pills over a used ashtray (obviously with remains of a cigarette) near the window. The communication with staff was almost imposible, they don’t accept to change the room for a one that wasn’t a smokers room, my wife is asthmatic and has had a horrible asthma attack in the room, possible due to previous smokers on the room. When we checked out early in the morning, like 2:30 am there was no body on the reception, the door was locked and the key on the lock, so basically we had to leave the room key on the front desk, open the door myself and find my way out. I have been in a lot of bad hotels in my life, but nothing get closer to this horrible experience, and i considered myself a very calm person that tries to see the glass half full. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Kami menginap di sini 2 malam, untuk kebersihan oke lah yaa.. tapi yang kurang itu dari fasilitas nya. Dari kamar mandi yang bermasalah lampu kamar yg penerangannya kurang.. tapi ke tolong dengan lokasi hotel yg sangat strategis. Berada di tengah pusat kota.. jadi sangat gampang kalau mau ke mana mana.

이 호텔은 열기구를 타고 날아가 1박하고 다음날 아침 이스탄불로 돌아갈 수 있기 때문에 잠정 예정이지만 이 호텔의 가격은 매우 좋습니다. 우선 호텔 프론트 데스크가 너무 좋습니다. 우리가 운전합니다. 과거에는 주차장에 우리를 데려다 주려고 달려갔습니다. 카이세리의 싱글 라인도 너무 좋다는 말씀을 드리고 싶네요. 또한 엘리베이터가 문에서 수하물을 픽업하는 것보다 더 빨리 위층으로 올라갈 수 있도록 도와주는 특별한 책임 서비스 120은 기절했습니다! 방도 나쁘지 않고, 어린아이가 성인 3명이 지내기에 충분하고 위치는 카이세리 중심에 있습니다. 가장 큰 포럼 몰까지 도보로 약 20분이 소요됩니다. 가는 길에 경치도 좋고 맛있는 것도 많아서 추천!

Stayed there for one night and it was clean and the breakfast was sufficient and the room rate was good. staff friendly and helpful. İt looks like they are understaffed but it didn't affect me. There is a parking space in front of the hotel for 4 or 5 cars. I couldn't find a place in front of the hotel but I found one just next to the hotel because I came at night but if you come to the hotel in the morning hours I think that you will not find a place to park in front of the hotel but worst case scenario you will find a place to park at the back of the hotel. The place was crowded so it was the choice of many people so as I said that it is not a fancy hotel but it's according to its price it is very good. I didn't use the hotel Wi-Fi so I don't have an idea if it is good or not. I highly recommend this hotel.

방은 청소하기에 정말 좋은 호텔입니다. 우리는 어느 날 밤 스키 휴가를 위해 센터에 머물렀고 차량이 없었습니다. 그들은 Erciye를위한 셔틀 (서비스)을 설치하는 데 도움을 주었고 심지어 우리에게 개인 공간을주었습니다. 굴러는 얼굴이있는 훌륭한 직원이 있습니다. 우리는 호텔이 문을 닫았다고 생각했기 때문에 부엌이 닫혔다고 생각했기 때문에 외부에서 음식을 알릴 수있는 위치에있었습니다. 그들은 결코 문제를 일으키지 않았습니다. 그들은 우리가 Cikis를해야하는 날에 스키를 타러 가고 그 다음 그들은 우리에게 사용자를 변경할 여지를 주었기 때문에 로비에 당신의 물품을 남겨 두도록했습니다. 우리가 Cikis를 만든 데이 스키 센터는 우리가 호텔에 얼어 붙었을 때 6시 였고 우리가 머무르면서 돌아갈 버스는 10시였습니다. 우리는 호텔에서 시간을 보냈고 케이크 서비스를 만들었습니다. 우리는 하룻밤 만 머물 렀더라도 매우 행복했습니다. 캐시어리 중심에있는 호텔에 다시 머물게됩니다. 관심과 도움에 다시 한번 감사드립니다.

2 gece bu otelde kalıp servisle Erciyes e gidip geldim. Otel son derece temiz, odalarda ihtiyacınız olabilecek herşey mevcut. Konumu merkeze yürüyerek 15 dk uzaklıkta , gürültüden uzak bir semtte. Bu sayede aracınız olmadan da rahatlıkla ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabilecek durumdasınız. Kahvaltısı da gayet iyi diyebilirim.Bu fiyat seviyesinde bu kadar kaliteli bir otel bulabilmek heryerde mümkün olamaz. Kayseri’ ye gelecek herkese tavsiye edebilirim.

WiFi 신호가 좋지 않고, 객실 바닥과 외부 복도가 더러워서 좋은 경험을 하지 못했습니다. 하지만 호텔 매니저인 무스타파와 이야기를 나눈 후 한 시간 안에 모든 것이 해결되어 정말 감사했습니다. 나머지 숙박은 완벽했습니다. 방은 정말 편안하고 실용적이며 조용했고 침대에서 정말 잘 잤습니다. 이용 가능한 음식은 가격이 적당하고 채식주의자를 위한 음식이었으며 항상 밖에는 택시가 기다리고 있었습니다. 위치는 괜찮습니다. 차가 없으면 이 지역은 고속도로에 있고 건물이 많이 지어져 있기 때문에 걷기에는 매우 오염되어 있지만 밖에는 휴식을 취할 수 있는 멋진 정원이 있습니다. 리셉션 직원은 항상 웃으며 도움을 주었고 매우 정중했습니다.

Really, don't bother. The view of the snow capped mountain was great. It's very close to shops, market, citadel, etc. Breakfast on the eighth floor has good views and breakfast is adequate. WIFI is constantly good. But, the air con doesn't work ( in every room according to staff), the bedside phone doesn't work, the shower fills up with water, TV rarely worked, over all the hotel needs a LOT of money spent on it. There are other hotels very close in the same price range.
