Mythos Palace Resort & Spa

This was our first visit to Crete, Mythos Palace and the first time we had ever stayed all inclusive and what a holiday it was, just amazing from start to finish! From arriving all the staff were very friendly, polite, professional and very helpful, all the staff are what makes Mythos Palace great, they are a fantastic team!! We were in room 145 a ground floor room with views over the garden, which was perfect for us as it was in the shade during the hottest part of the day and ideally located for the pool. Our room was immaculately cleaned and the mini bar well stocked throughout our stay! The selection of food on offer in the 3 restaurants was very good quality with a great variation of choice, the drinks choice was amazing too. Having its own beach and beach bar was truly a fantastic addition too! We enjoyed the various entertainment each evening, exercises in the pool and on the beach, the entertainments team were a delight! We’d like to thank you ALL at Mythos Palace for making our holiday so great, we will definitely be back!!

Three ladies from North London having just returned from a 10 night stay at Mythos Palace & Spa. From the moment we arrived, we found the staff so friendly and they went out of their way to make us feel special & welcomed. The hotel was very clean and do too were the grounds and beach. Our room was comfortable and in a great position, right near the pool and main building. It was also a short walk from the Sandy beach, beach restaurant and beach bar. The sunbeds at the pool and beach were plentiful, with thick mattresses, which made them very comfy. There was a little shingle near the water’s edge but a few feet out it became sandy once more. The food in the buffet restaurant where we had breakfast, lunch & dinner was super. There was so much choice, and healthy choices too. Loved the omelettes and tasty fried eggs at breakfast and the thick Greek yoghurt with hive honey, flax seed, sunflower seeds, cranberries, walnuts, etc. the fresh fruit was lovely too. The other two restaurants were also great and there were a whole host of desserts for those with a sweet tooth. The evening entertainment was good and we laughed a lot with Meera! Sorry we didn’t get the eyebrows done on our last day! 😂 Loved the ouzo shots and raki shots - the peach martini was a favourite! Thanks to all the lovely bar staff and also the cheerful waitresses. A big thank you to Marianna on Reception and Artistea Kimoni (Guest Relations) - they were lovely and couldn’t have done more for us! Have to also mention our Jet2 rep, Maria, who was lovely and extremely helpful. A great asset to Jet2, as we felt she went above and beyond for us!

Beautiful place with friendly and professional staff, the maitres in the restaurants especially. It offers a variety of choice of foods in the restaurant (i would be happy with more vegetariqn choices), the bars function very well. The all inclusive option was not on the budget side eiither. We travelled with two kids 2 and 4 and there was plenty of understanding for their behaviour, etc.

The very best traditional Greek food you will ever have. I got the bill and couldnt believe how cheap it was for what we had. The traditional Moussaka is superb. The staff were very friendly and they gave us complimentary ice cream and very strong Raki which finished me of :) Well worth a visit if you are in Georgioupolis which is also a lovely little village 10/10

We visited the wonderful Mythos Palace at the end of May. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel so welcome. Our room was 118 and was ideally located for the pool and bar. The amazing housekeeping team always ensure our room was immaculately cleaned and the mini bar well stocked! The selection of food and drink was amazing. When at the pool bar, the wonderful Fontini and Bilyana were always happy and smiling. At the main bar, Nikos, Alex and Asteria were a credit to the hotel. Couldn’t do enough for us. Merad was always so upbeat and full of enthusiasm. Such great customer service. All in all we had a fantastic experience and will be back soon! Claire and Nath

We enjoyed our week's stay at Mythos Palace. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the quality and choice of food was very good. The room was comfortable and clean with everything we wanted. The sandy beach was clean and a level walk from our room. Great bar close to the beach and a restuarant serving lovely food - the Cretan dinner was excellent. Would return to holiday at the Mythos Palace.

Our return visit this year was just as wonderful as last year! The staff are all exceptional, the hotel facilities are great and the food is lovely and varied. Fish night is not to be missed! It’s wonderful having the beach bar and taverna for variety too! Our daughter loved the park and kids club, especially the face painting and running around on stage in the evening. Thank you Mythos Palace for another fab holiday :)

If you want to spebd wonderful holiday, visit Mythos Palace Hotel in Crete - Greece! This amazing place is located on Nort-West part of island, 40' away Chania Airport. You of course can rent a car at the airport area. In the hotel you meet helpful, kind, always smiling staff people. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is various (including seafood) and of course traditional Greek dishes. You will never be hungry or thirsty! Every evening you may watch fantastic shows and concerts! The best hotel. This year it will be the sixth vacation in this hotel. Nice staff. Quality services, Beautiful environment. Clean beach. Well maintained and beautiful swimming pool. Delicious food. Possibility of themed evenings. Great vacation
