如果有6星，7星，我一定會點上。可惜衹有5星的選擇啊！下車那一刻，所有旅途的疲憊瞬間消失。酒店的設計太美了！它座落在森林間，雲霧繚繞，如仙境般，隨手一拍都是大片。我們4個人預訂了三層樓的別墅，很大很高級, 管家小哥哥特別貼心細膩，工作人員熱情周到，笑容滿面。 與guru ji Hswami Satya Shree的相遇是我們此行最幸運的事情了 一位全身上下散發著神的光芒的人，早晨5:00帶領我們徒步，看見了日出的光芒。徒步後，他帶領我們進行尼泊爾傳統瑜伽，直到早上9:10, 在靜謐的森林之中瑜伽冥想，心神安定，幸福感滿滿。之後guru ji 和我們交談了一整個下午，我們從他那裡得到非常豐富的訊息，他是一位有愛的慷慨的長者。 這絕對是2024年最美好的禮物了。我們將會再來。

環境、服務、餐飲，一切都極其的好！酒店自帶免費的瑜伽課、冥想課、早晨散步等服務，不得不説的是這裏的餐食非常的好吃。如果你準備來納加闊特地區的話，務必考慮在這家酒店待至少一晚上。

great place, great service, amazing food! staff super friendly. rooms clean and nicely done every day. view is fantastic. spa/massages are very good. area around nice to go for hiking or other adventures as squat, paragliding, heli tour, village visits.

The experience at Kavya was so good! It was really chill and comfortable staying at the resort, with Himalayas stretching in front of you. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Everything was more than expected except the cold weather. But lucky enough, thanks to the supportive staff, I have got central heatings, heaters, coal to keep me warm and made through the whole stay. I was so impressed by the spa because of the floor heating! Hope this could be bulit in every villa and suite too!!! By the way, the coffee tasted lovely though the manager seemed not willing to sell me the beans haha. In addition, it was a good try of the yoga and meditation sessions with Guru Ji, so refreshing and relaxing. If you want a total getaway and a secluded vacation, then Kavya will never disappoint you.

It was one of the worst hotel experiences we had, everything from entering the property to staying was very poor on service. we had gone for 2 nights but left in a day. For a small property, the experience started at the gate where they had no idea about check - ins for the day. At the dining hall, it was freezing and they only had one heater, the second was broken. the staff did not clearly speak English or Hindi and couldnt communicate. In our room, the heating was not working properly, the phones were disconnected and the TV was not set up. the fireplace is a joke and after two hours they came and put two pieces of charcol in it, which wouldnt even warm your hands. the list is endless of how bad it was, we checked in at 7 pm and becked out before noon the next day, it was that bad. Aweful service, communication. it just looks pretty in pictures, we had to leave and get our family to a hotel which actually had heating. the place came so well recomended but was not just aweful, it was a scam.
