진저 카트라(Ginger Katra)

Cleanliness: The washrooms of Room no. 10 on ground floor kept stinking throughout the stay. The room service even came in and did what they could using room fresheners but that didn't help much. Facilities: Needs improvement, as the iron and RO drinking water facilities are far away from the room. Too much if someone needs to use them. Service: No staff / bell boys were available during check in.

The hotel was good. The stay was comfortable. Rooms are spacious but the only lacking thing was washrooms were quite old and used type. Taps were leaking. Refrigerator in the room wasn’t working. The condition of furniture was bad.

It was a great experience

Pls don't book this hotel for the safety of your family and belongings. Their front desk person named Anirudh said they have the authority to open any room without guest person ND olso in their absence... It a very shameful act by the hotel staff.. how can u open guest room without his permission nd olso in their absence.. I ll request Ginger authority to take appropriate action against Anirudh and their ***ager..

One of the worst experience in this pathetic and Terrible hotel. The hotel staff and restaurant staff here are most misbehaving people and doesn't value customers and just misbehave and speak arrogantly The staff here does not help you in anything and always speak rudely

Jai Mata Di... Ginger Katra is awesome. It's one of the best property in Katra. Very good facilities are provided. GM Amit ji is very helpful person. He took care of each and every guest with smiling face everytime. Mr Rakesh (Travel), Mr Singh (Engg), HK person and both from reception is best to take care of guests. They are assets of Ginger Katra hotel. Very good location. Lots of ATM and market is available , just outside of hotel. Rooms are big and very clean. Restaurant Spinach provides very delicious food. Very much thanks to Mr Sujan Ganguly who referred me this hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at Ginger Katra..This is the fourth time we have choosed Ginger Katra...July 2015 , December 2015. MAY 2019 AND this time at Oct 24....The staffs are cooperative..Rooms and bathrooms are quite 👌....They also provided us same day check out facility at an affordable rate..Thanks to the entire team of Ginger Katra...Jai Mata Di

Excellent property. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff are courteous. They treat Guests as God. They helped me a lot during the stay. The food was good. Over all it was worth staying. A special mention for Mr. Amit Mohanta the Hotel ***ager of the property who really ***aged the property well.
