Service was great. Rooms were neat and clean and food was tasty. Overall it was a wonderful stay at K C Residency Katra. May add some more glamour at reception area which seems bit dull. Approach to hotel can be marked with LED signboards. Will stay again.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of December 2024 during a strike in Katra. Despite our concerns about the situation, we had already booked our stay and traveled with family. I want to give a huge shoutout to 'Samriti Rajput' at the front desk. Throughout our communication before arriving in Katra, she reassured me about our safety and provided valuable insights into the 'pros and cons' of our yatra. During our two-day stay, she greeted us with a warm smile and was always ready to assist us. The hotel itself is very nice, conveniently located near the new Marg 'Tarakota' for those interested. The rooms are spacious and clean, and a standout feature is the large windows that offer stunning views of Trikuta Parvat—absolutely amazing! While I believe the prices are a bit on the higher side, I trust that they will provide better value in the future. We also hired a taxi from 'Narendra Ji,' who was a calm and knowledgeable driver, well-acquainted with the area. Without a doubt, we will choose this hotel for our next trip and recommended for those who will plan in coming days. Jai Mata Di!

Jai Mata Di.! visited Vaishno Devi Mata Temple for which I booked this property for me and my friends' family. Very well-maintained property, great food and excellent location. The views from room were good, you can see the Devine temple from this property, the night views are awesome.!

Best hospitality by staff , great experience . Room was very neat & clean Food at restaurant was also very delicious. The best part of the room was the balcony as the whole trek is visible. My courteous thanks to Miss Vineeta and Mr Vijay Sharma for giving a commendable service which made us feel privileged.
