라 메종 부티크(La Maison Boutique Hotel)

We stayed here for one night to visit the blue mountains on the way to Sydney. We arrived early only expecting to let them know we were leaving the car but they found a room for us which was an upgrade so we could check in which was really helpful. Room was clean with good air con and WiFi and recently refurbished bathroom although the wooden blinds could do with a dust. The price included breakfast which was cereals and toast which was perfectly adequate. The host was a joy to speak to and engaged with all the guests and gave good recommendations on viewing spots in Sydney. Underground car parking is provided. The hotel is about a 9 min walk to echo point which was fantastic. I can recommend walking the trail to the cascades as well. Restaurants and bars are also within walking distance. All in all a lovely stay and would recommend.

My friends and I went to there for 2 days and a half. Our stay was overall ok. However, they charged us for breaking the pipes in the basement and for using *****. Firstly, the basement was already broken. Secondly, we never have touched ***** in our life. If you ever plan for a stay at one of their locations, make sure to take pictures of the house just after entering as a proof.

The hotel's greatest asset is its location which is just a short walk from the 3 sisters lookout. My hopes for a relaxing stay evaporated upon entering the dimly lit lobby. No receptionist, just a cryptic note demanding I pick up the phone. Instead of help, I got an earful from a disgruntled employee who practically roared at me for daring to use the desk phone. His sudden switch to forced pleasantness as he reluctantly helped me felt insincere. The villa's age was evident in the pervasive moldy odor, and the breakfast was an insult to the word "meal." To top it all off, the water sputtered to a halt just as I prepared to leave, without a single apology or explanation. This overpriced, understaffed nigh**are is a stain on the hospitality industry

Spa not open even though it was advertised, wanted to charge for breakfast even though the booking stated it was included. TV was broke in the room but they did move to a bigger room. Friendly staff

This is such a beautifully appointed and old world heritage hotel. I was taken the moment I stepped in . There is a log fire loungeroom for those snuggle cold nights . A billiard room and bar. All with lovely furnishings. They offer a help yourself breakfast in the morning at a reasonable cost . My room was charming it had a huge king bed a wardrobe, coffee and tea, a TV, private bathroom and a table with 2 chairs. There is parking underneath the hotel. There is a sauna but I never got to it. There is a vending machine for ancks and drinks. The manager was very nice and helpful and friendly. ONE ISSUE for people with mobility issues book a downstairs room as there is no lift and two runs of stairs you have to get up. There are also stairs from the parking bay, so I would suggest you park at the front, unload your bags take it to your room then go park the car. Apart from that the room was clean and well appointed. The water pressure was very good , there was an air conditioner and a bar fridge. Everything you need for a stay in comfort.

Good property, room was smallish but fine for a 1 night stay. Location a few minutes walk from the main *****, so it was nice and quiet. It had the feel of a tours/large groups style property - very empty when we stayed. One thing to fix - sauna door not sealed properly so heat escapes.

Enjoyed my stay a lot, and would definitely visit it again! [Hotel owner] I was greeted with a warm welcome by the owner, who gave us useful travel advice and information that made my trip at Blue Mountains absolutely wonderful. If you don't know where to go or what to do, just ask the owner! Plus, when I'm leaving, the owner even gave me a free ride to the train station. How can you not like this hotel with a hospitable owner like him : ) [Room] The room was clean and spacious, and well-appointed with all the essential amenities (TV, wifi, iron, heater, fridge, etc.) [Location] The location was great! It's a five minutes walk away from Echo Point and Three Sisters Walk. The bus station is not far away from the hotel, you can take the bus to Scenic World or Katoomba Station, it's really convenient. 這是一間溫馨的旅館，雖然飯店本身看來已經有點歷史了但完全不會讓人感到陳舊，更沒有老飯店常有的異味。此外房間非常乾淨且設備齊全，冰箱、電視、暖氣（藍山夏天也能很冷，有暖氣真的超重要的！）、wifi 、熨斗等等，基本上該有的都有了，床也還算舒服，住宿品質絕對對得起他的價錢。 至於老闆則是一個很好聊而且非常熱心的人。原本想說就去景觀世界坐坐纜車就好了，但在老闆的建議下去走了 Three Sister Walk（從飯店走五分鐘就到了），雖然有點累但超值得，能體會到比纜車還更壯觀的景緻，想真正領略藍山之美不妨先找老闆聊聊吧。 要離開時老闆還開車送我們去火車站，真的要大推這個老闆！！ps 老闆說這兩年因為疫情的關係都沒有台灣旅客造訪，經營有些辛苦，如果有去藍山的朋友不妨去支持一下喔～

The room was In desperate need of a make over. I don't think anyone had set foot in it for months. A leak under the sink was so old the chrome fitting had turned green. Furnishings are tired showing signs of decades of ware and tare. No internet, the TV was 15 plus years old. There was a stiff breeze over night, the windows rattled and whistled and a section of loose guttering flapping about. The mattress may of been as old as the hotel. No bed side tables, no lamp. just a wonky old wardrobe dating back to the 70's. The bathroom was in reasonable, modern, large bath/shower
