국내선 지연결항으로 호텔을 이용하지 못하자 어렵게 취소는 되었지만 취소해 주셔서 너무 감사드립니다. 4일후 다시 에어호텔 예약하고 이용했습니다. 위치도 트리부반국제공항에서 가깝고 친절하셔서 너무 좋았습니다.

저는 이 호텔에서 실망스러운 경험을 했습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원(소피아와 쉬리프티)이 제 비자 사진을 찍었는데, 이는 그들의 역할과 관련이 없었고 제 사생활 침해로 여겨졌습니다. 이런 행동은 비전문적이고 용납할 수 없습니다. 호텔 직원들이 적절한 교육을 받고 손님의 사생활을 존중하는 것이 중요합니다. 또한 호텔은 헬스장과 직원 서비스를 포함한 업그레이드를 통해 이익을 얻을 수 있습니다."

다 괜찮지만 가격 대비 기대했던 건 아니네요. 사진으로 보면 실제보다 더 예쁘네요!

국제공항과 국내공항이 호텔과 가깝기 때문에 여행을 원하는 사람들에게 매우 좋은 위치입니다. 또한 PASHUPATINATH 사원까지 도보로 약 10~15분 거리에 있습니다.

깨끗하지 않고 관리가 잘 안 된 호텔. 공항 근처에 숙소가 필요하다면 좋은 위치.

My visit to Kathmandu and accommodation in the Airport Hotel was good. This hotel is very near to the Trivuban International Airport (TIA). In fact, I came to the hotel by easily walk in 5 minutes along with two luggages. In this Hotel room is good and comfortable, air conditioned. They have private bathroom facilities and minibars. In my view, staffs are very friendly. Unfortunately, the breakfast disappointed me!! I hope they will improve it in near future.

Very poor service. Below average buffet dinner. High price. Cold food. Not enough items place in buffet. Not happy at all. Toilet smell like smoke and not clean. Waited 20 minutes to get warm water. Waited another 10 minutes at the counter to pay the bill.

I waited outside the gate for almost two hours, enduring the cold, just to get through the checking process. However, upon reaching the reception, I was disappointed to find the night manager uncooperative and sleeping on the job. To make matters worse, the so-called housekeeping manager, Puskar Giri, lacks basic communication skills and was unable to address my concerns regarding the filthy and moldy smell in my room. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Awesome for couple. We loved privacy aspects of staff. We loved the breakfast and it's diversification. Recommend everyone to come here. Please do include online payment for indian citizens. I enjoyed every aspect of our honeymoon trip.
