Amazing experience and truly awesome service and staff at the Ilia Palms! Would like to call out: Achileas and Stergios from the Palms lobby - professional yet friendly and accommodated all our needs; our friendly drivers Dimitris and Fotis plus Kostas from the groom team; Maria from the Customer Relations for all the restaurant bookings. Great value for money and our daughter had a blast at the Aqua Park. Will definitely come back...

Amazing experience in every aspect!! Excellent food, facilities and people. The water slides and the pools are great. There are some activities like water polo and beach volley for adults and a lot of activities for children (garden, farm with pony, cooking etc) Download the app of the hotel. The sea is also beautifull with nice view and (sandy and shallow) safe. It is ideal for families. We will definitely try to visit it again!! Thank you for your hospitality and services.

This was a wonderful stay in a great location. Stergios is a very professional manager who made sure that all of our needs are taken care of. The facilities are very clean and well kept, the staff are a pleasure to interact with, and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Between 6 and 12 August we were particularly impressed by dining room staff Zoe, Nicolina, Vassiliki and Christina. Also impressed by buggy drivers Dimitris and Fotis. As elderly visitors we benefitted from their professionalism and helpful approach making our stay especially pleasant . They are an asset to the management.

The room was very good, and Mr. Stergios in reception was very pleasant, helpful and polite!!! The waterpark was an enjoyable experience and we had a great time!!! The food was excellent and the pools were great! Also the Grecoland for the kids was amazing.

All were excellent, totally as expected. The stuff was exceptional. The room was very clean. Having diet restrictions due to allergies, the cuisine stuff cooked separately for one of us. The variety and the quality in the meals were magnificent. We were delighted being served by Nicolina in Oasis. Tasty corners for the kids were very helpful! Stergios and Athanasia in the reception were highly informative. The pools covered every age (there was one for the very little ones with sunlight protection). Fruits were served in the pools. Aqua Park was brilliant! There was also a mini bus to help with the transition through the various hotel locations.

Food is very good. This foto is in Grecotel Oasis restaurant when i take breakfast( dinner). I stayed at the Grecotel Ilia Palms, but I served the meal in the restaurant of the Grecotel Oasis Hotel, where the beach is also. I will also attach some photos of the Grecotel Ilia Palms Hotel, which did not live up to expectations. The staff is a 10. He took us from the hotel with a golf cart to get to the restaurant. 10 minutes on foot.All the hotel and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful.

Great location, big territory, you can walk for a long time inside. Good room service, especially big thank to Jevgenija. Very kind staff, especially Nadja. 💓🙏 A lot of facilities - archery trainers were the best! Great food with a lot of choices for each one. Only one minus has been found - we were surprised by people smoking in restaurants ))). It was wonderful vacation in our beloved Greece. Thank you so much👌🌊
