Beautiful stay at Kassandra Palace. Lovely and welcoming staff. I definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxed holiday for friends and family. Staff are very supportive and understanding. Kassandra palace is absolutely beautiful. The staff are all polite, helpful and friendly; just amazing! Despina is such a lovely soul and Maria and Joe and everyone really! I had a wonderful time. I had a seaview room with amazing views. The gardens are well maintained with a tennis court which I loved. The private beach and pool areas are the most beautiful I have seen. The food is incredible! Lots of entertainment and spa, gym and shop onsite. It was beginning of the season and I am sure it’s even better later on in the season. I would go again. Unbelievable Hotel, very high standard, I stayed with my daughter for a week half board, the food was amazing every day, Buck’s Fizz for breakfast, would be rude not too! The staff are happy, attentive and a joy, special mention to Maria, Georgia and Despina, for your smiles every day. Beautiful pool area, grounds and private beach. Our room 151, could have done with a bit of updating, especially in the bathroom, no air con. We took the local bus to the Villages , cheap and more or less on time! Drinks are a little on the expensive side, we did find a lack of entertainment, the Palm bar is more lively, karaoke was not what you expect, DJ played about 5 songs, of his choice, most nights they were showing football, nice card table area, but noisy, heated indoor pool was lovely, evenings were very quiet and not many people around so lacked a bit of atmosphere. I hope to return later in the year with my Husband, definitely the place for a chill and relax.

We opted for Kassandra Palace to celebrate my husband's retirement. Despite having e mailed a request for a quiet bedroom , we were sadly disappointed as we were placed and then replaced in noisy parts of hotel. However, it was all rectified when Despina ( G R M ) stepped in and sorted the situation out in the best possible way. Such a professional lady who showed great guidance and mentoring to all the reception and dining room staff incl Georgia, Maria. Soteria and Elina ( in the Palm bar ). Thank you to all esp to Cristos who has the ability to be a great hotel manager in the future !! The location, setting, facitities,grounds, gardens (which are impeccably maintained), cleaning and garden staff are all of a high order. Bedrooms would benefit from a bit of updating, minor repairs needed here and there but, nonetheless most comfortable and well equipped. We loved that we could walk to Kyropigi town on one side and Policrono on the other....we are walkers. We also took bus ( after a long wait ) to Pfkochria, a quaint , beautiful Greek resort where we spent a great day. We will most certainly recommend Kassandra Palace to family and friends and we hope to return in future. Thank you for a great holiday.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Cassandra Palace Hotel, and it was an experience that far exceeded my expectations. What truly sets the Cassandra Palace Hotel apart is its outstanding service. The staff are professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or attending to any requests, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay.

The Kassandra Palace Hotel is very clean, the outside, pool and surrounding areas are outstanding, the sunbeds, are comfortable and there are hammocks and other seats available. The children's areas are excellent and families are well catered for. There are shops, gym, spa plus snooker table and games for all ages, chess, backgammon, cards, etc. The staff are very friendly and will accommodate all your needs, if they can, they all have a smile, which is lovely, they are smart and well presented. The four star rating is due to the room, which is basic, we would have expected more, e.g. the shower area,within the bathoom, was dark and not adequately lit, there was no shaving mirror. There were no robes in the room, which were specified within the hotel description. Overall, a lovely hotel and we enjoyed our stay

What a great hotel! Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay. The hotel, gardens and beachside were all really well looked after and super clean. Lots of activities to choose from including a spa visit and gym. The food was really good, the same selection was put out quite often but there’s always a big choice. But what brings this hotel up to another level was the fantastic service, really was something else! One member of staff in particular; Georgia who would greet us everyday as we entered the restaurant with the biggest smile from such a little lady! We loved her! The staff were all great to be honest and made our holiday even better.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. We have thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We were in room 245 which was a deluxe side sea view room. It was a good size, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The outside areas are beautiful and very spacious with plenty of lovely cushioned sun loungers and the beach is stunning. Just remember to bring some beach shoes. The staff are all absolutely brilliant and we have never been to a hotel where we have been looked after so well. The food at the hotel was very good, but our absolute favourite was the Asian restaurant Fiki Fiki. It was so good we ate there four times!!! The Magnolia restaurant was also very good. Kriopigi is the nearest village which has a small selection of restaurants, which we believe you can catch the bus to, as the walk is along a busy road, but we had hired a car so wasn’t a problem. The village of Afytos is an absolute must such a pretty village with lots of nice shops, restaurants and bars and stunning views. We have absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a completely relaxing holiday.
