Kassandra Palace Hotel & Spa

Kassandra palace is absolutely beautiful. The staff are all polite, helpful and friendly; just amazing! Despina is such a lovely soul and Maria and Joe and everyone really! I had a wonderful time. I had a seaview room with amazing views. The gardens are well maintained with a tennis court which I loved. The private beach and pool areas are the most beautiful I have seen. The food is incredible! Lots of entertainment and spa, gym and shop onsite. It was beginning of the season and I am sure it’s even better later on in the season. I would go again. This is a repeat stay. In the year between visits, the hotel has invested in tasteful and elegant upgrades to the bedrooms and bathrooms. A new bar has been added, as well as an ice cream parlour. The hotel continues to offer food and service to the highest standard. The Spa is well run, with reasonably priced trea**ents, given by friendly and professional beauticians. We will be making this an annual holiday destination.

We are currently on holiday at the kassandra Palace and feel we wanted to write this review while we were here. The hotel is outstanding the grounds are immaculate and the facilities are excellent. The variety of food is fantastic and plenty of it . The staff are warm and friendly and can't do enough for you , the front of house restaurant staff are amazing and always have a nice chat and smile for you and are always interested in what you have done thar day inperticular Despina Maria Vangelis and Georgia they are a credit to the hotel.

Everything about the hotel is amazing. Customer service is excellent staff friendly from start at front desk housekeeping food and beverage team and guest relation was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely come back and recommend to my family and friends:)

Staff and Guest services in particular were outstanding, fantastic scenery from the beach, crystal clear water but just a little isolated Not much going on and very very quiet in the evenings which was disappointing to say the least - maybe better later in the season?

I would like to share our experience ,during the date we stay to Kassandra Palace Sea Side it was all perfect. The hotel was so clean, food was so good we liked. The team of hote in reception and in place to restoran they are very kind . Always smile face😄.

The hotel is beautifully located and the rooms are well maintained. The staff are highly professional and friendly, especially the costumer relation manager Despina. I will recommend this hotel for anyone. Also the views from our room was amazing, I would’ve stayed longer.

Despina, the guest relations manager was amazing! She’s went above and beyond for my family and I. All the staff are amazing and surprisingly friendly. My family and I had a world class experience at this resort and I would surely come back again.
