Best place to visit n stay in kasauli near Mall road. Their parking is small but they ***aged very well,their restra area is small but beautiful,view from balcony is beautiful and morning sunrise can be seen from your room balcony if you are lucky, morning breakfast is just ok......

Cozy rooms with heating, very good n helpful staff, tasty foood , valley view is awsome, near to city center, must visit.......Mr Sushil is very helpful, Mall road is just 1.5 km by road n 800 by walk by shortcut from hotel, monkeys are roaming around hotel sometime but not big issue......overall its a good place for 1 nt stay..

The room is average sized. Not worth for the rent being paid. The ambience of the room is dull and dark. No room is facing east or west directly and hence no direct sunlight comes into the room. View is good from the balcony. The light in the bathroom is really inadequate

The view from premium plus valley view rooms are best and unmatchable, the food they served is home like and as per your taste,staff is very humble and friendly, It is just 1.5 km from main city center Mall road,there is also one shortcut to mall road from hotel approx 800mtr, I met Mr kuldeep Sharma at reservation ,he was very nice person ,and gave me a very good discount.

It was a beautiful stay at kasauli exotica for 1days .food is too good , so tasty, service is great, staff is co operative, we will visit again in future,rooms are clean and well maintained, hotel is near to mall road.

Illiterate Staff. I called the property for a corporate booking of 12 rooms for check in on 14 July. The staff tells that they dont give rooms for corporate bookings on weekends. Further on being asked whether I was asking for rooms for free, he claims that I can talk to the GM Mr. Kuldeep Sharma. On asking the contact details of the GM, the staff says please type your query on whatsapp and send. I could not understand the response of the staff. "Jaane se pehle aise services milengi tou jaane ke baad kya hoga"

Pathetic service hotel staff is very rude specialy hotel ***ager not ready to listen are complaint. So if you want to enjoy your holiday with good mood and peace of mind so don't visit kasauli exotica. Very bad experience wastage of money.

The services of the hotel was pathetic. No courtesy towards clients, food is terrible. Just a waste of money. Although the rooms are good but the air conditioner stops working after every 10 minutes, we booked 2 rooms and the same happened with both air conditioners. ***agement and staff is non corporative they serve food as per their comfort level not per as guest need. Really disappointed 😢 Donot book the hotel, its a rear wastage of time, it spoiled our holiday. People are trying to order bed tea in the morning and staff is saying that tea will b available only with breakfast after 8. Seriously guys poorest experience so far.

Very nice hotel, very near to main market, located on the main road u can find it easily. Booked premium valley view room & the view from balcony is fantastic. Good room & good food. Very good staff. The main market is 1.5 km away. You will enjoy spending a day at hotel & in kasauli.
