The room (luxury suite with a King)was very clean and felt like home! Everything worked in my room . The lighting in the living area could be added to make it brighter to see well by the tea/coffee station. I enjoyed my room and I will definitely come back!

the rooms were cleaned late and kindly make sure that all those rooms where customers are not checking out are given first priority in teams of being cleaned on time. Came back to the room m at around 11 and i found out that it was not yet cleaned.

What more can one say, I had the best time of my life. The best rooms ever, they are immaculate and spacious. The staff is super friendly and they are always willing to help at all time. The location of this property is exceptional. It is located in the center of town and it is close to bureau de change, shops and others. The river bank gives sounds of hippos, frogs and other animals, the beautiful sunset is to die for.

The setting and location of the lodge is amazing. We stayed for a 3 nights. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There were some inconsistencies with room preparation. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The reason for not giving a 5, is the area where our rooms were, had a bad sewage smell (area rooms 28 to 36). One if the staff members did confirm that it could be a leaking pipe. Would still recommend this beautiful lodge.

Excellent service and attendance. The staff is professional, very smiling and helpful. The room we had is great with a magnificent view on the Chobe River.

The Chobe Marina Lodge is in an ideal setting. The hotel is charming and our bungalow was comfortable and well-appointed. We enjoyed drinks on our patio watching the wildlife walk through the grounds. It’s not everyday that we encounter antelope and warthogs! I will only add one minor request - could some weather *****ping be placed around the door? This would significantly reduce unwanted visitors. We placed a towel at the bottom of the door which helped tremendously. The service level at the Lodge was outstanding. Our every need was covered. The staff were always smiling and friendly. Every meal we had was good - we especially enjoyed the bar-b-que evening. There was ample variety of choices - there’s no way you could walk away hungry!! My wife’s dietary restrictions were addressed and accommodated. Our safari drives and water cruise were fantastic. Our guides did a great job providing memorable and safe safari experiences! They were the best! Our Sundowner celebration was memorable. The drinks and munchies were delicious. The sunset was magical as we drive back to the hotel to celebrate our amazing sightings. We also enjoyed walking through the town and visiting with the vendors. We felt very safe and welcome.

I have had one of the best stays ever. The facilities are exquisite and strategically positioned. There is however need to improve the wifi and add more channels especially sport on the tv bouquet. I would love to come back and l can easily recommend this place to friends and colleagues.

Very relaxing place, the river view,the staff, good food. Everything was amazing and having that great feeling in my own country. Botswana is beautiful! Chobe Marina is located in the heart of it, so breathtaking to be there and willing to go back again.
