카리스티온 호텔(Karystion Hotel)

The hotel lobby, ground floor veranda, grounds and beachfront are gorgeous! We watched a lovely sunset over the mountains. The vast fast covered porch has comfortable seating overlooking the bay . Breakfast was delicious. They have a complimentary breakfast of cheese & spinach pie, yogurt, kiwi, honey, meat and cheese, rolls, fresh orange juice, hot cocoa, coffee. But you can also order a variety of omelettes for an additional cost. Our room was on the first floor with a lovely view of the sea. Clean and comfortable, small clean bathroom, but I didn't come to hang out in my room. Good Central location. Lovely staff. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a small hotel, facing the sea. We stayed for 7 nights on a walking holiday. The public rooms are very pleasant and breakfast and the occasional dinner taken there was very reasonable. The bedroom we used was rather small with sea views and a small balcony. The bed was not the best and quite uncomfortable and the bathroom was tiny. However the highlight was the friendliness of all staff members who were very helpful. There is a potentially nice garden which could be much better and more useable with a little regular attention.

We spent 7 nights at the hotel as part of an Adagio Walking Holiday. It was B&B with 3 evening meals taken within the hotel. There's no dressing it up, the rooms are basic, for us a hard bed and bathroom on the small side. That's all the negatives out of the way. The positives far exceed the negatives. Outstanding staff from the room maids through to the hotel manager, the lovely breakfast girls who brought a tray of surprises everyday, to the day bar staff, even the the chef and kitchen staff came out and had a friendly chat. the evening bar man was a bit hit or miss depending what mood he was in. As many have said having breakfast on the outside veranda whilst enjoying sea views was something to get out of bed for. Most rooms have lovely views of the sea. It's only a 5 minute walk into the centre and to the nearest supermarket. The hotel helpfully supplies a room fridge for your own drinks. One of our group had life threatening allergies and the hotel manager and all the the staff were outstanding in how they dealt with his needs

Very clean hotel. It is in a great location overlooking the beach - best spot in town! Above all, there are very friendly and helpful staff. We slept really well and were very comfortable for our whole stay (over a week). Breakfasts were great!! Dina, Anastasia and Merita are particularly brilliant!! We had a wonderful time.

Very nice place with a nice sea view. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast adequate and nice wooded grounds right on the water, just south of downtown so convenient to town, only four blocks walking to restaurant row. Small balconies and good wifi in the rooms. Not much else in town.

Not luxurious, though decent, very clean, friendly employees. Well situated (next to the beach, walking distance to the center, rather quiet in the evening). Good tips by the reception regarding the city.

Good staff. Nice hotel with the best terrace for breakfast and coffee. Old hotel but clean and nice. Airconditioning and fridge in room not noisy. Beaches next to hotel and also nearby. Restaurants a short walk away.

Στο site δείχνει φωτογραφίες από ανακαινισμένα δωμάτια, πράγμα που ισχύει μόνο για τον 1ο όροφο του ξενοδοχείου. Ο 2ος όροφος είναι από το ‘90, έχει πόρτες με χαραμάδες με αποτέλεσμα να ακούγονται τα ΠΑΝΤΑ (από τον κόσμο που περνούσε απ έξω μέχρι τον ψύκτη που έκανα ένα ανυπόφορο ήχο όλη την νύχτα). Όσο για την καθαριότητα του δωματίου και του μπάνιου… Χρειάστηκε να πάω να αγοράσω απολυμαντικό! Η τηλεόραση δεν δούλευε κι όταν το ανέφερα το επόμενο πρωί στην reception η απάντηση τους, έπρεπε να μας το είχατε πει χθες. Το πιστολάκι των μαλλιών άθλιο, το μαλλί μου το στέγνωσα στο καλοριφέρ του αυτοκινήτου. Όσο για πτο πρωινό πολύ κακής ποιότητας και σε ελάχιστη ποσότητα! Δεν θα σας το πρότεινα! Ή μάλλον θα σας το πρότεινα αν στόχος των διακοπών σας είναι να ξοδέψετε τα χρήματα σας για να περάσετε χάλια και να εκτιμήσετε περισσότερο το σπίτι σας! Η θέα που ήταν δωρεάν ήταν πραγματικά πολύ όμορφη!
