Very bizzare experience. Not professional at all. House keeping require reminders for small jobs. I kept my cake in their custody, their staff are it or threw it without my knowledge. Not even apologetic for what they did. Laundry was on time

I had been there with my entire family for my bro's wedding. Honestly speaking, I didn't realize at 1st that we were being 'chained' by the owners with their many restrictions because I haven't stayed outside like this anytime in my life but after coming back home and thinking back on what happened, I am soo noy satisfied with the stay. 1st of all, the lady isn't hospitable at allll. She had the nerve to talk down about our own family member in front of us when we had a complaint against their management. She didn't even budge when two of her dogs went running behind my lil' nephew who was horror struck for a while when that happened. And to think that they would lack the humanity to not even let my sister to feed her baby when it was crying so badly and to stop the water supply for us evevn before we could completely check out [some of us were still having out lunch then], and to not let us use washrooms and we had to go ask them for permission to use it, leaves a reallyy very bad taste in my memory now. ＞__＜ There are many more things which didn't go down well at alll for soo many of my family members and none of us was pleased with the treatment we got there.

Property is in busy area road, no lift, it’s budget hotel, food service available from outside, no kitchen, blankets not supplied, one towel per couple is their policy, hot water supply is restricted to morning bathing hours, staff are customer friendly.

Staff is very nice. Environment is very good. Hygienic, cleanliness and the other facilities are really good. I also recommend others to stay there. All over very good experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Amora for three days, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was top-notch—every member of the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. Property is located at excellent location, food quality is good and i stayed with my parents and kid so overall safe to stay here but only one thing i experienced bad that i requested for late check out for 1 hr and even in hotel, rooms are available and they allowed also but behaved rude especially mr prince at front office. While checking out he was saying why should we give extra time and all, i ignored it as i don't have time to argue with him but you can ignore him when your hotel food and quality are excellent so overall 4* rating to hotel and 0 rating to front office.
