After checkout they were very rude , the ***agement doesn't know how to maintain clients, they ask very uncomfortable questions and put clients in awkward situations, NOT SAFE FOR COUPLES - NOT SAFE FOR COUPLES - NOT SAFE FOR COUPLES - NOT SAFE FOR COUPLES.

Excellent services by Ms. Ta***na & Mr. Ra*** , Food was very tasty and i got premium services at very reasonable prices , Room quality was also good , Breakfast Aloo puri is must for everyone and , Very competitive hotel compared to Noor Mahal

Please never stay in this hotel. We stayed in a very dark room with no windows. And in bathroom sometimes the lights go off/ no hot water in the shower. And the hotel/room stinks .. the bedsheets smell horrible. The hallway is filled with smoke. And staff is very unprofessional.

It was my third visit with this property..All decors were perfect..awesome experience... specially gratitude to Ms Ta***na ....she assists with perfect deal and very polite ....good hospitality...nice and polite staff ❤️💐

From urine soaked rest rooms to uncleaned rooms to male staff that bullie the young waitresses...oh wait no hot water ah the list could go on We just had to laugh Oh and if your a westerner no alcohol Bizarrely bizarre

I booked my trip from agoda, rooms were decent basic amenities was on point, cleanliness was good, but breakfast or the whole meal which I ordered was below average, will not visit there again for food for sure. And if a highway resort is not giving food upto the mark then why to book the resort. It was too pricey according to their room /service/facilities

I have stayed few months back and liked the services of the Hotel. The ambience and infrastructure is amazing with with commendable hospitality staff. Special Thanks to Ms. ***si Who really helped a lot through our entire stay. The highway restaurant is also very good which really suites to our taste buds. We really liked the services and hospitality.
