Exceptional service, rooms, and location. Stayed here for 3 nights with wife. First time in Kashmir for us. Couldn’t ask for more. Javed - the head guy, knows the ins and out of Srinagar and surrounding areas. He planned our ensure trip with a great driver, a tour guide, and helped us meet the best of the best in Kashmiri rugs and souvenirs. Ashraf, Shaban, and Subhan - the boat managers, went above and beyond in caring for us. They have their own Shikaras which makes it very convenient. We spent a LOT of time on the lake and they did not hurry us on anything. WiFi is great on the boat, and our tour guide shared his hotspot (also his spare phone) so that we are connected at all times. We tried Wazwan for 1500/- a plate in Srinagar, and Abdul (their cook) prepared better food than anything else we tried here. Highly recommend the Swan Houseboats to anyone who is looking to experience the best of Kashmir.

The rooms were beautiful..... The deck was amazing... The view of lakes and mountains was fascinating... The staff were humble and the food was up to the mark..... We really enjoyed our stay at the swan group of houseboats.... I Highly recommend it to everyone.....

We stayed at swan Houseboats for 2 nights in November 2024.... We booked a holiday trip for 5 nights.... We booked cab and hotels also from them.... The trip was fabulous.... The Houseboat was amazing.... The rooms were beautiful..... The cab and driver were great. Mr Aqib organised our kashmir trip perfectly.... We really enjoyed our stay at swan Houseboats..... The views of the Dal Lake were breathtaking, and waking up to the serene surroundings was a treat every morning. A special mention goes to Aqib and Javed Ji, the owners of the houseboat, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. They were attentive to every detail, offering great local insights and ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Additionally, Subhan, the butler, was exceptional. His service was impeccable—always available with a smile, providing us with everything from delicious meals to thoughtful recommendations for our time in Srinagar. His attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. If you're looking for a peaceful, authentic experience in Srinagar with outstanding service, this houseboat is the place to be. The rooms were fabulous, the food was tasty.... The staff were humble and professional..... The deck was wonderful and the view of lakes and mountains were mesmerizing.... We also done a shikara ride in th evening at th sunset time which was amazing.... We really enjoyed our stay in swan group of houseboats.

The living area and dining area was great. The rooms were fabulous with all the amenities. The views lakes and mountains were mesmerizing. The food was delicious. We had a great night at the Swan Houseboats. Shaban set the tone with a warm greeting -- and everything that followed, from his attentive care, to the well-appointed rooms, to the excellent food, had the same sense of warmth and welcome. Highly recommended.

It was a fabulous stay in swan group of houseboats.... we stayed for a night and it was a lovely houseboat with lovely people and best location. A home away from home. Highly recommend. The rooms were like a heritage. The food was very delicious. The host Mr. Javed was very great provide us good services and took a special care also. The service was the best by Mr. Ashraf and he was available all the times and he treated us very very well. I will definitely come again and stay in swan houseboats only.
