숙박은 좋았고 호텔에는 좋은 식사가 포함되어 있었습니다. 방을 리노베이션하면 더 좋을 것 같지만

RAS, 아주 좋은 곳이에요

很不錯，房間乾淨衞生，也沒有蚊子毒蟲啥的。餐廳意外的好，早餐晚餐我都很滿意。湖邊草地有很多動物，非常有趣。

位置絕佳，房間寬敞明亮，設施完善。服務團隊熱情友好，餐飲美味多樣，讓人流連忘返。無論是休閑度假還是探險之旅，這裏都是完美的下榻之選，強烈推薦！

Das gesamte Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hervorzuheben Rezeption und Restaurant. Die Außenanlage inklusive der regelmäßig auftauchenden Tiere war sehr interessant und hatte etwas von Safari und Urlaub. Die Zimmer, vor allem die Bäder, müssten mal renoviert und modernisiert werden. Aber es fehlte auch hier an nichts. Das Essensangebot war ausreichend, könnte aber speziell beim Frühstück etwas umfangreicher (Obst, Käse) sein.

2023년 12월에 가족과 함께 이곳에서 2박을 묵었습니다. 호수 옆에 위치한 아름다운 문화유산 숙소입니다. 저녁에는 다양한 종류의 새를 제외하고 우리 방 바로 밖에서 풀을 뜯고 있는 하마, 얼룩말, 가젤이 있었습니다. 그들은 우리를 보트에 태워 이웃 섬으로 데려갔습니다. 뷔페의 라이브 카운터를 통해 다양한 인도 및 유럽 음식을 맛볼 수 있습니다. 장작 피자는 훌륭했습니다. 숙소에는 스파와 수영장도 마련되어 있습니다. 직원들은 정말 따뜻하고 도움이 되었습니다. GM Kamal에 대한 특별 언급.

팀 전체의 전문적이고 따뜻한 환영을 받습니다. 좋은 수영장. 기린, 원숭이, 기타 동물들이 자유롭게 돌아다니는 놀라운 공원입니다. 호수의 전망과 밤에 물 밖으로 나오는 하마는 그 자체로 장관입니다. 아침 식사와 다양한 식사를 위한 고품질의 다양한 뷔페. 정말 추천드려요!!!!

케냐 사파리 동안 즐거운 2박을 보냈습니다. 클럽은 나이바샤 호수 주변에서 게임 드라이브 등을 즐기기에 완벽한 위치에 있으며, 우리의 부시 워킹 투어는 특히 기억에 남습니다. 방/롯지는 훌륭하지만 비품과 설비가 약간 낡아 보입니다. 우리는 머무는 동안 화장실이 특히 느리게 채워지는 것에 시달렸습니다. 2번의 수리 시도는 소용이 없었습니다. 게임 드라이브 등을 하러 방을 급히 드나들 때 매우 불편했습니다. 방에는 에어컨이나 선풍기가 없지만 충분히 시원합니다. 루브르 창문 옆(반갑지 않은 방문객을 막기 위해 철사로 덮여 있음). 잔디밭에는 정기적으로 물웅덩이가 장난치며 원숭이가 항상 존재하며 매우 자신감이 넘칩니다. 문을 잠그고 귀중품을 안전하게 보호해야 하지만 테라스를 방문하면 매우 친절합니다. 밖에서 음료를 마실 수 있는 아름다운 바와 정원이 있으며, 원숭이와 하마를 막기 위해 보안요원이 순찰합니다. 오후 7시 이후에는 객실을 오가는 에스코트가 제공됩니다. 음식은 매우 훌륭하고 음료 가격은 합리적이며 직원이 많고 서비스도 케냐 전역과 마찬가지로 훌륭합니다. 객실과 본관 모두에 WiFi가 제공됩니다. 가장 큰 하이라이트는 어두워진 후 잔디밭에 있는 하마를 보기 위해 호텔 직원이 저녁 식사를 하는 것이었습니다. 매우 특별한 경험이었습니다.

We stayed for 3 nights from 25th Dec to 28th Dec and paid double the regular room rate for 3 nights cz it was during Christmas, only to be allotted a room we did not book which had a horrible smelly bathroom that we had to request for a room freshener, the basin was chipped, the shower was rusted and not working properly, dirty bathtub you can't use. It seems like the bathrooms were 30 years old. We payed a $100 extra for premium room but did not get a premium room for 25th night but only after half the guests checkout on 26th, was our room changed. The premium rooms are newer and slightly bigger for which we paid extra. However, the quality of rooms and the wood used is pretty bad. The door has a gap on the top (room 1442), and lizards kept creeping inside the room. even the bathroom ceiling wasn't properly done and one could see lizards and insects creeping in. Such mediocre quality of rooms and bathrooms, wonder how guests have rated anything more than 3/5 to this property Muthu Lake Naivasha when it doesn't deserve more than 2 points. The 2 points I have allotted, 1 for the lake-views & hippos/zebras grazing while you're having meals or walking around in the night and 1 for the buffet which was good even for a vegetarian like me. plenty of options and tasty. It also needs to buck up on their room service too where towels were missing all days after the room was cleaned, Shower gel was missing. and they would take an hour or repeated reminders for providing basics. NO WAY you can call this property more than a 3* according to international standards. We specially went for Christmas and paid double but were quite disappointed with the room allotment and service. particularly of the front desk staff!

The environment is the most friendly, with a very natural feel. The staff here are very very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are so clean and safety is something they take so seriously. It’s also so quiet, if you really need a quiet place. I had the most amazing time.

Excellent place to be without entering national park fees. Super staff, dedicated and helpful. Well maintained swimming pool surrounded by zebras, girafes waterbucks and hippos at night while by hundred of birds during the day. Recommended

The food was continuously great at every meal and the staff is friendly and helpful. And during the day you can walk amongst the wild animals on the lake facing lawn and at night you get to see the hippos grazing on the same lawn. All in all an amazing and relaxing experience.
