Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future Specialy thanks Mr Harsh ji

It was such a amazing stay and I really like the services of ur staff and the all the department. Food is so delicious.In kapurthala Ramada is best hotel for stay specially thanks Mr Suryavanshi and team Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay. Excellent place to stay. Rooms were very clean and modern. Great breakfast as well. Everything was perfect. The staff was helpful, the accomodations were beautiful and the breakfast was superb. It couldn't have been better. Thanks

I have gone for the dinner on 30 March with my family the food quality was very good service was also very good staff behavior was also very nice staff speaks very nice with there customer they also pool area one of the best hotel in kapurthala with nice location

The Le Zafarano restaurant has absolutely wonderful ambience. Rakesh ji and team are excellent hosts. The menu has so ***y options to choose from depending on your mood and appetite.... Ramada Kapurthala is our go to place for any celebration. All the best....

Went to stay for a night as was to attend a marriage in RCF Kapurthala. The Hotel room and especially the Toilet has an unusual stinking smell which couldn't allow us to sleep all night, as we checked in Late night after reaching from Delhi. Next morning was horrible as hot boiling water was running in shower area from both Hot and Cold side from Head SHOWER mixer. We just escape getting burned. On being highlighting the said problems to Hotel ***ager they were extremely unapologetic and just did a cover up by calling maintenence boy and promising better facilities next time. This Hotel is worse than a budget Hotel. I want my money back from this Sub standard Hotel. Avoid this

Excellent service and excellent food as well.Neetu mam’s behaviour was good and all the food items and its taste was amazing.The sitting facility was nice.it was neat and clean.room services are also nice.
