뉴 케이프 호텔(New Cape Hotel)

Just coming out of this hotel after a stay of two days with our family. Checked in a best luxury rooms with 3 bed and double toilets. It was like a get together with our family. The Bed,with extra height mattress gave us a big comfort for us as we had travelled from Chennai by Road. Room Service from their kitchen was prompt,hot and delicious. Room AC was quiet. The interior were also outstanding. Thanks to Mr.John who had trained their Staff in an excellent way. 5 out of 5 is my rating. Superb hotel to stay in front of Railway station.

Hotel is only 200 meters away from railway station and right besides the highway. So many food options are available nearby. Hotel rooms were very clean. Interiors were in perfect condition. Staff specifically manager Mr John was very much approachable and took care of our requests nicely. Thanks to ******* for this good offer.

This is one of the best hotel which I had stayed in kanyakumari. The location is the top of all in front of railway station The staff are well trained. Food from centralized kitchen hot idly Vada sambar, lunch etc are very good . My family enjoyed the stay,we had been more than 4 times for pilgrimage and site seeing. Thanks to Manager Mr John who had time to welcome ,greet,answer all queries of tourist. Well done

I had been to kanyakumari (KK) 3 times. Had stayed in there in different hotels and was unsatisfied due to the photos and reality. This time I came to KK with out booking,the front Manager Mr.John welcomed me. He Explained the types of rooms available at his hotel. He was very polite and spoke to me as had known me for years. Wonderful person. we checked in. The rooms were clean, Dark curtains smooth AC ,well lit lights, mattress of the cot was 10" Height. Comfort was at the top notch . Working tables , suitcase tables are well planned. Toilet were with jaguar fittings , pressurized water and big mirrors serving the wash rooms.Glass door spot lights were also there . My point is how I had missed this affordable beautiful hotel just 5 minutes from railway station by walk. Their sunrise balcony was a new idea that I had never seen before. Central kitchen service was good. Room boys were fast and quick. All things are very near

Had a stay for 2 days. Room was good and clean. Staffs behaviour was good. Location was so convenient for beach and Railway station. Sun rise and Seaview from hotel was very good. Site seeing was arrianged by hotel travel desk. Value for money. Walkable distance to breach.

The people are nice Very simple hotel

During our recent visit to Kanyakumari, we stayed in this hotel. Located just opposite of the Kanyakumari Railway station on the main road, New Cape hotel provides easy access to almost all the tourist places and various restaurants which are all walkable distance from the hotel. We booked 2 Deluxe Double A/C rooms. Rooms were spacious and beautiful. We reached 4 hours before our check in time. They provided us the rooms with an additional charges(30%) for early check in. The hotel staff including the Front Desk were well-mannered and helpful. Below are the list of positives and negatives about the hotel Positive about the hotel 1. Location- Central location and all tourist places are easily accessible- 5 star 2. Room- Beautiful room- 5 star 3. Staff- Well mannered and helpful- 5 star 4. View- B’ful view from the terrace. Sunrise and sunset can be seen- 5 star Negative about the hotel 1. In house restaurant- No In house restaurant but they arrange the food from outside upon request- 3 star 2. TV channels- Only few Hindi channels were available- 3 star Since there were no in house restaurant, we explored few restaurants which are walkable distance from the hotel 1. Hotel Triveni 2. Hotel Sangam Although there are some negatives about the hotel but that doesn’t stop me from giving 5 star rating based on our overall experience here.

I have called the hotel new cape kanyakumari reception of cape town on 22 sep 22 evening after seeing the *********** website to book a room since i was planning to go to kanyakumari.. I asked him a doubt about the no of beds, ac and rooms since the info in *********** n what he was telling is different. He started behaving as if i have asked his kidney. He started that *********** is a website guy who can write anything. I can't guarantee you for whatever he has written on website. When i was telling that the price quoted by him is more than the website then he rudely said, you book from website and y r you booking from me?. I was annoyed and thought that how will he treat me or the guests in the hotel? He has grown more than his boots, i felt. The management to educate the staff. If the receptionist is horrific like this, who is the one portrays your image, then we can imagine other staff in the hotel. No body will love to come. Management to understand that mere photography skills of portraying the hotel image is not enough rather training of the staff is more important and good staff are the actual asset . Hope u can understand.
