House was great for the number of people that we had. We had a bit of a problem since KC got 9 inches of rain in one night but Brandon handled it right away the next day.

Great communication
Our week was split between Overland Park and Topeka, so this was a good in-between location for us. Having two kitchens was a big draw. The listing was accurate, and the hosts were fantastic communicators. There was a minor sump pump issue which they addressed very quickly.

Kansas Speedway perfection
I hesitate to leave such an awesome review because we want to stay every time we and other race fans are in the area, but our stay was awesome! The property is spacious, clean and has all the amenities we needed. Communication was great. Check in and check out was super easy! Definitely will stay here again!

KU graduation
This was a great place to stay for multiple family members who traveled for our daughterโs college graduation. The rooms were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. It was about a 40 minute drive to Lawrence.

House is roomy for multiple people or 2 families ,with 2 kitchen areas and living rooms there is room enough to spread out.

Great facility
The building was fantasticโฆ very clean. The outdoor porches and entry ways needed some cleaning. It is obviously just after winter so that might have been the issue. Everything else was perfect.

Super setting for family birthday!
The communication from the hosts was top notch. The cleanliness was more than we have found in more expensive rentals. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The space was a welcome commodity and the beds were quite comfortable. Definitely a home from home.
