OYO 1652 Hotel Tampiarto 후기

By far the worse hotel that I ever encountered from Trip.com bookings. It started with the hotel couldn’t find my bookings. Never once happened with any other Trip.com bookings before. So I contacted Trip.com and the agent was assisting me. Almost 45mins later the hotel guy said he will allow me to check in. Once taking my details, he asked me to pay extra. According to him, the hotel doesn’t accept lower price deals from Trip.com and the hotel has set a minimum price. And customer has to pay the remaining amount if the booked amount is lower than the minimum amount. After I paid the money, I went to the room to encounter a whole new world. It seems like the last they cleaned the room was when Indonesia got it’s independence. It was horrible! And the toilet is just unexplainable! The water was in black in colour! The longer you spend time in the toilet, the dirtier you get! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Saya sudah pesan dan melakukan pembayaran, sampai hotel, kamar tidak tersedia. Sangat mengecewakan sekali.
