The night shift front desk staff was rude during check-in. When I mentioned my booking through the Trip.com app, he denied it and insisted they only accept Agoda bookings. Despite my efforts to explain, he seemed displeased and unhelpful. The hotel is well-located near eateries and amenities. While it’s old and the rooms are dark, the price is reasonable and cleanliness is satisfactory. WiFi is reliable and fast, traffic noise is noticeable. There are no toiletries provided—only two small cubes of Lux soap. Overall, conditions are acceptable for budget travelers, but don’t expect much.

We have choose the right hotel for our family vacation. The room and amenities are suitable for the price we paid. The swimming pool is big and clean surrounding. The receptionist were friendly. The thing I like most besides the hotel the is beautiful jogging track at the foot of Bukit Lagi. So beautiful.

The hotel team was truly amazing and incredibly helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and ensuring I had everything I needed. The room itself was a delight. Immaculately clean and tastefully designed with modern amenities, it provided the perfect sanctuary after a long day of work. The comfort and ambiance surpassed my expectations, making it undoubtedly the best hotel I've stayed at in Perlis. I can confidently say that whenever I return to Perlis, I will choose to stay at All In hotel again without a second thought. The overall experience was simply outstanding, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Kudos to the team for their top-notch service and creating such a pleasant environment for guests!
