We good place for stay with friends and family. Overall it was really a great stay loved the service by Srayashi madam who received us with a grand welcome and gave us a fond farewell too taken care of our team every request from her heart in a very short time she became very very close to us best hospitality

The Intercontinental brand is renowned as a top class business brand and this was our first stay at at a 'Resort' designation. I can report that this hotel fully lives up to the high reputaion of the brand. It is very much preferable to stay here than in the polluted mayhem of Chennai itself. The commute to the city is about an hour but as a tourist, one is most likely to wish to see the interesting sites in Chennai itself within a single day. with planning and a reasonably early start this is quite possible. Mahabalipuram is 15 minutes away and there are other sites of interest around. After the long flight from the UK and making allowances for jet lag, I would say a five night stay is about right for the property. Although this depends on your budget and planned level of activity. If you review the IHG/hotel website you will discover there are rooms categorised as 'Sea View with Balcony'. I strongly recommend this grade of room. They are very highly spec'd and offer a restful balconied view over the gardens towards the sea. Additionally this grade of room does offer access to the Club room which offers a two hour hospitality period every evening which was a delight. Do be sure you qualify for this when making your reservation. For India, this hotel is expensive. But coming from Europe, never mind the USA, taking the standards of service and quality of the accommodation into ccount, we felt the tarrif was worth it. The staff work very hard to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Join the IHG loyalty club! One snag. I did have a problem with a couple of emails going amiss prior to our stay. Is this just 'India'? Maybe.

직원 정중 한 방은 수영장과 해변을 내려다 보았고 매우 깨끗했습니다. 고맙습니다! 레스토랑의 직원은 매우 바빴고 때로는주의를 기울이기가 어려웠습니다. 우리가 가진 첫 번째 식사는 좋은 경험이 아니 었습니다. 그러나 이것은 잘 처리되었고 요리사는 다음날 밤 멋진 식사를 준비했고 웨이터는 매우 세심했습니다. 위치와 설정이 잘못 될 수 없으며 매우 편안하고 해변이 버려졌습니다! 다음에 더 오래 머무르기 위해 돌아와 주변 지역을 탐험 할 것입니다.

전 정부. 소유 'ITDC 호텔'은 GRT 그룹이 사들여 20여 년 전에 현대적인 표준으로 개조했으며 현재는 지난 8년 동안 Radisson Group에서 운영하고 있습니다. 객실, 시설 등 모든 것이 세월의 흔적을 느끼기 시작하며 특히 새로 생긴 '인터컨티넨탈 리조트'와 '쉐라톤 리조트'와 비교하면 더욱 그렇습니다. Radisson Temple Bay의 서비스도 혼합 백이며, 많은 직원이 아마도 더 나은 재교육을 받아야 합니다(가정 관리 등). 그렇지 않으면 레스토랑 'Wharf'(꼭 시도해야 할 바다 쪽)와 Coffee Shoo 'Waters Edge'의 음식과 서비스가 모두 좋습니다.

주말에는 붐비고 아침 식사를 위해 30분을 기다립니다. 군중으로 인해 음식 품질도 영향을 받았습니다. 빵을 먹으면서 태운 맛을 느꼈고 뒤를 돌아보니 태웠다. 아침 식사를 위해 대기실에 보관된 음식을 돌보는 사람은 아무도 없습니다.

숙박을 좋아했습니다. 직원과 서비스는 훌륭하고 안정적으로 훌륭합니다. 위치는 주요 요금으로 시내 한가운데에 있으며 Kanchipuram 순례를 방문하는 사람들을 위해 사원과 가깝습니다. 그러나 위치에 대한 접근은 도로에서 볼 수 있기 때문에 개선의 여지가 있습니다. 음식은 맛있고 훌륭했으며 무료 아침 식사는 정교하게 퍼졌습니다. 항상 당신을 확인하고 숙박 및 식사 경험이 어는지 묻는 직원의 예의는 특별한 언급을받을 가치가 있습니다. 대체로 Kanchipuram에 머물기에 편안하고 걱정할 필요가없는 훌륭한 시설입니다.

Had a very nice time in MGM right from enquiry till the end of the program the journey was very smooth. Special thanks to Geetha from the sales team, who made the journey very smooth. She is very good in negotiations and she closed the deal in win win situation for both the parties. Her hospitality, care and courtesy was awesome. A well mannered person with a lots of smile on her face. She answered all our queries with a lot of patience and smile. A very good sales professional. The service team was also awesome and the quality of food was very good. The chef's menu was very good and all the taste buds very completely satisfied. The service provided by Srinivasan of operations team was awesome. The overall experience at MGM Resorts was excellent and will be remembered for a long time. MGM Resorts is a real value for money.

Hotel is close Sri Varadarajaswamy temple in Kanchi. Walkable distance from the temple. However, it’s a bit far from Kamakshi amman temple. Staff are courteous and can provide with any additional requirements. Hotel is clean and value for money. Stayed two times whenever we visited Kanchi.
