Panorama Studios

Just returned from spending 7 nights at Panarama Studios. Upon arrival we was met by Ben who checked us in with a smile and carried our bag to our room and showed us around. Here he explained that you could purchase air-con for an extra €6 per day, I would strongly advise doing this. We unpacked and went down to the small ourdoor terrace bar area where we had a drink and relaxed before heading to bed. In the morning we had a look around the room which was basic but clean with fresh towels and bedding (these was changed twice during our stay) we had a 2nd floor room with a great view down the hill towards Falaraki and the beach. We went for breakfast and again greeted with a smile this time by Yanis who again was so helpful. Breakfast included in our stay was a continental ( a drink, 2 slices of toast with butter, jam and marmalade and a ham and cheese toastie) there was also a menu which included English breakfast etc if required. Yanis made a call for us when we enquired about car hire and a car was with us within 20 mins. I would strongly advise a car as the hotel is situated on a very steep hill. On an evening at Panarama it is very quiet with only back ground music playing, no entertainment. This to me was the only downside to the hotel. There is a nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds available all day and snacks to purchase at the bar. On the whole this is a lovely family run hotel.

We visit this hotel several times a year! The hotel rooms are spotless, fresh bedding & towels. The staff are tremendous nothing is to much trouble so friendly they really do make the hotel. I cannot recommend this place enough if you want to be treated like family then this is the place to stay.

Had a great 5 day stay at Panarama Studios, we visited mid July where temperatures reached over 40°c. The accommodation is well maintained with fresh clean bedding and towels. Air con is extra at 6 euro a day which we found to be very reasonable and worked fantastic. The rooms included a wardrobe, a mini safe, hair dryer, table and chairs, a balcony with seating, and a kitchen area which included a fridge/freezer, sink and an oven top you could cook yourself with. Food and drinks are served everyday too and were great prices. The pool is clean and sun loungers are plentiful; we never struggled to get one either despite them seemingly fully booked for rooms. The cost of lounges at the local beaches are 10 euro each. Panorama is situated away from the busy ***** which is great to avoid the hustle and bustle of the busy night life. It is part way up a hill so definitely plan to budget in cost for taxis or car/bike hire. We knew this before we came but a lot of people who visit don't seen to check the location before booking. The guys will even call a local hire place to come pick you up to go and hire a vehicle of your choice for a great price. Taxis are a minimum of 10 euro each way so if staying for a week I'd definitely look into hiring a car/scooter as this will save you money and allow you to cover more areas of the island. The 3 guys Billie, Ben and Yanis are all very friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. Local beaches are amazing. We booked a boat ride that stopped at 3 beach locations where they stop so you can swim in the sea too. Local cuisine is delicious and I would recommend visiting MareSea Fish Restaurant which is situated at a local beach/harbour. Overall a great stay and would definitely return in the future.

First of all staff were superb, the swimming pool is lovely with plenty of sun loungers and the bar area is nice with decent food. However the room was below average with the bathroom being horrendous, damp and unhygienic. Air conditioning was at an extra cost which isn’t made clear when booking. View from bottom floor balcony was fantastic. Rather inaccessible into Falaraki town and the beach, around 25-30 minute walk, with a massive hill. Enjoyed our stay overall.

This holiday was a last minute deal for me and my family. The rooms at the hotel are very basic but very clean and always had clean towels and bed sheets. The view from the room was incredible looking over all of Faliraki and the sea. The staff are what made the hotel even better. Billy went above and beyond and recommended some great restaurants and where to visit always happy and would do anything for his quest. There was also a guest Fabrise who stays at the hotel 5 months a year he made the hotel come together and we all even went out for a greek meal. The pool was so clean and always got a sun bed. The food behind bar was great and so reasonable priced £2 for a cheese and ham toastie. The hotel is a good a 30 minute walk to centre but i would recommend to hire a scooter or car because then you can get around the whole island but taxi was cheap to centre anyway. The only problem i had was other quest who at 8pm at night would come down and tell the bar to turn the music off! but we went and got our speaker and made our own fun. The Faliraki centre had plenty of shops and some beautiful restaurants. yes there is a still a ***** but it is more for family’s we went down with the children and all the bar staff were playing football with my 9 year old son. All the beaches along that side of the island are amazing. St. paul bay is worth a a visit but it’s not big so i would recommend the beach next to it and then have a potter around Lindos. Rhodes old town is a must the cobble streets and restaurants are a must. Overall the island is great for anyone. we would definitely come back to this hotel. sad to be home.

As I sit here waiting for our transfer to the airport back home , we are so sad to be leaving this lovely family run hotel , the rooms are spotless, the pool is so clean and really nice , all the staff , Yiannis , Ben , vasilis , Katie, are absolutely fantastic and go above and beyond, the food is lovely and reasonably priced , drinks too , plenty of choice , hotel is up a hill with a lovely view of faliraki , we really don’t want to leave , we’ve made some lovely friends and had a fantastic 2 week holiday , see you next year panorama xx

Lovely little hotel on top of the hill.. It would be easy to hire a car to get around town as its a 20 min walk to yhe beach.. Plenty of sights to see... Room was very clean and spacious too.. Food at the snack bar was lovely and very well priced.

Myself and wife stayed for 3 weeks in June. Yianns ,Billy and Ben were the perfect hosts. The room suited our needs as we only slept there, and spent the days by the pool or exploring. Restaurant menu is basic but very reasonable, with adequate portions. I would strongly advise some sort of transport as the property is a good 40 minutes stroll from the town centre, and the hill which gives the property such spectacular views over the bay is steep. First gear in the hired car was required to ascend. Overall great inexpensive holiday,

Everyone and everything was great apart from the plumbing... Water in sink came up through the drain in the bathroom, when the toilet got blocked we were treated like outcasts, apart from this a great break with my daughter ☺️☺️
