메시니안 베이 호텔(Messinian Bay)

First this hotel was 3 stars, and not 4 stars, inside building is old, the rooms small, the front view was ok and swimming was fine.The first day we arrived tierd of travelling and wanted to eat at the hotel, they told us there was a la carte food. So we went and told us cause they are end of saison they don't have so many choice, only pizza and burger, so we order, then they told us after there is not pizza either. The next day we want to stay at the pool and wanted to order some snacks, no snacks either, only coffee. So we have to leave the hotel 2 days before the date of checkout. We went to another hotel better than... We wasent happy at all...

I just had a quick overnight stay, but the property was clean and beautiful with unbeatable views. I’d absolutely stay again!

We stayed in Messinian Bay for 5 nights in August 2023. Three families with 4 kids age 5-10 years old. The hotel is situated right by the sea, there's a private beach in front. Pool is very nice. Food is almost excellent, not very big variety but whatever we ate was fabulous. Breakfast ok. Rooms are comfortable. If I had to ask for something more, would be a bigger bed and a nicer mattress. Staff is friendly and relaxed. Overall, we had very nice holidays, I recommend Messinian Bay

This is a great value in the Kalamata area. The only downside is that you are not right on the beach, but that is more than offset by the fact that, unlike the beach front, it is quiet, every room has a spectacular view and you don't even have to cross the street to go to the beach. The staff are great. The beach front bar is great. Very good, classic Greek food as well. Can't go wrong with this place.

Clean and well maintained hotel with fantastic service. Spent 3 days with my family there and everybody made us feel so comfortable. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Always with a smile, always fantastic! Keep up the great job you are doing!

A beautiful place to stay that’s a very short drive from kalamata

Very nice hotel, great breakfast, very good food (and cheap). Perfect pool and lounge chairs even on the beach (pebbles). Highly recommended.

Beautiful, spacious, modern public spaces. Big terrace with open sea views where a good variety of warm and cold breakfast dishes were offered. From the terrace, beautifully landscaped stone staircase leads to a private pebble stone beach with umbrellas and lounge chairs for the hotel guests. Great swimming in clear beautiful water. Our room was small with an even tinier bathroom. But it have a big balcony with sea view. It was very clean with good bedlinen, towels and bathroom amenities. However, the wifi in the room was weak and slow. Bonus for the hotel guests: a great taverna with cooked and grilled food and an amazing panoramic view of the Messinian Gulf and Kalamata is literally right next to the hotel. We ate there every night!
