The worst hotel. We got covid and couldn’t Travel and they refused to reimbursement us even with proof of a positive test. They even refused to cooperate w trip.com. Our friends stayed at the hotel and they said it was a waste of money.

We were impressed with the amenities at Sunrise Village. The free-form outdoor pool, indoor pool, and spa center provided plenty of relaxation options. Our room was comfortable with a beautiful balcony view. The hotel's location near ancient sites and Kalamata made it an ideal choice for our holiday.

Very nice and quiet place surrounded by the nature: - tasty traditional food where anyone would find something delicious - pool area big and tidy (water cleanliness is checked on daily basis) - rooms are spacecious and most of them are updated to simple but modern decor - great french and polish animators, but language is not a barrier as they speak English and everyone can join - beautiful 2 pebble beaches which are private and give you the feeling of tranquility. The landscape looks amazing - Wonderful staff always with smile and happy to help you even when don’t speak your language. - New water park with slides for older kids and there is as well entertainment for toddlers. Overall, place that want to be visited despite of the reviews from last year. Dont let it discourage you as you may regret it. Also do not expect this hotel to be 5 star as you do not pay that amount. Be open minded and know that price you pay is what you get. Staff such as: receptionists, housekeepers, caterers and bar staff are the key points of this hotel. I do recommend it for anyone who needs piece and relax.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The pool was absolutely stunning and perfect for lounging all day. Our room was spotless and maintained to the highest standards. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation!

I stayed here for a weekend getaway and it was perfect. The decor is modern and stylish, creating a chic and comfortable atmosphere throughout the hotel. The common areas are very inviting, with cozy seating and beautiful design touches that make you feel right at home. The staff went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, providing exceptional service with a smile. I was highly satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

We recently stayed at Sunrise Village and had a fantastic time. The hotel is just 20 meters from its private beach and has two outdoor pools. Our room was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the Messinian Gulf, and it had air conditioning, a TV, and a fridge.We loved the breakfast buffet, and the restaurant's Greek and exotic dishes were delicious. Definitely we will return.

This is the worst accommodation I’ve experienced in Greece! It was filthy, unkept and totally unhygienic. Just one glimpse of the disgusting black, dust filled air conditioning vents located throughout the resort is enough to make you feel sick. My husband and I cut our trip short at this resort and although we were promised a refund for the days not spent there, the resort did not deliver, making all sorts of nonsensical excuses for not delivering.

I got back yesterday after a superb wk with my Daughter, and.. I really feel the other reviews are totally unjust. Yes there are allot of French guests who all say Bonjour, Bon Appetite, etc, all friendly, & you are not excluded at all you can be as involved as you want, the entertainment team were v friendly & hilarious & hardworking, all the staff are friendly, no wasps in dining room at all or cats, they are outside, not many!!! food is superb. every lunch & eve meal 10/10 great variety & v tasty, tables cleared as soon as plates are empty, hotel is huge & very clean, our room was cleaned everyday, & fresh towels, pool area is huge, pool is huge, loads & loads sunloungers, views are absolutely stunning, beach/sea lovely but do take good beach shoes very gravelly & rocky! feel sad at some reviews, please dont be put off, if you want to totally chill this is the place, nothing else around, weather was perfect, will definitely go back next year!!!

Have just got back from a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it. There isn’t anything I can fault: the staff where all friendly, food was brilliant (especially for my very fussy 5 year old) there was chips every day but you only had to eat them if you chose them: the food was very varied and there was also show cooking available. Rooms were very clean. The entertainment was all in French, but they did include us in the games and aqua aerobics, BUT the entertainment is provided by the French branch of TUI so this is a jet2 issue not the hotel
