Mahana 302, our 2nd floor oceanfront studio is the perfect place to take in beautiful ocean views, breathe in the fresh ocean air, and call home while you experience all that Maui has to offer. This Hawaiian style, comfortable and clean studio has everything you need for your much needed Hawaiian getaway, and is conveniently located on the coast of West Maui, close to Kaanapali, Napili, and Kapalua. The quiet surroundings and manicured tropical gardens at the Mahana at Kaanapali offer guests a wonderful sense of privacy yet all the exciting activities of Kaanapali Beach are close by. The resort is located in the central and convenient Honokowai area on Maui's west side. A private gate from The Mahana provides easy access to the boardwalk that goes for miles and eventually leads to the Kaanapali Beach resort area. Take a short walk on the boardwalk or the beach to Duke’s restaurant next door or to one of the nearby resorts for fine dining and entertainment.

-Iron and ironing board
-Hair dryer
-Beach towels, Beach chairs, and Hard sided cooler
-Starter Kit: Starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags
*We don’t provide beach umbrellas, toys, or gears, such as snorkeling, due to safety, health, and hygiene risks.
BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui’s rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants’ stay

Smoking is only allowed in posted designated areas, never on the lanai. • Park in designated spots or areas noted in arrival instructions. Resorts will charge additional fees and tow cars at guest expense. • NO items can be left on the lanai. This includes, but not limited to beach chairs, towels and coolers. • Please be advised that the use of spray sunscreen and tanning oil products inside the condo and on the lanai is strictly prohibited. • Please help save our beaches. Be sure to shake off extra sand before entering the condo. • Check in Arrival time 4 pm • Departure time 10 am • Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests. If excessive wear and tear is found on the property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees..
