실버보 인(Silverbow Inn & Suites)

Great location walking distance from cruise port; cleverly repurposed historic building with unique style; hot tubs on rooftop decks after long day of walking; helpful pleasant staff; very serviceable self serve breakfast and 24/7 snacks. Those truly needing ADA accessible facility should clearly so indicate as there is no elevator to upper floor rooms.

So quaint and unique! Each room decorated in a creative way! The hallways are full of fun art too! Rooftop hot tub - amazing! Breakfast nook full of every kind of fulfilling quick breakfast items! Loved this place ! 10 stars out of 5!!

I never get over how much I feel taken care of at the Silverbow Inn. This time we stayed in 210 and 209 which are from the newer remodel. The added details in these new rooms made us feel right at home. We couldn’t stop sitting in the swing! I can’t wait to go again and stay longer.

First impressions were it looked tired, but having wandered around Juneau it is the same standard as everywhere else. The staff were really helpful, but beware if you arrive late (we arrived about 10pm), an envelope will be left on the reception for you with all your details for the room. A good position and complimentary breakfast was good.

This was my second time staying at Silverbow and I was less impressed than the first time. My room was in the older building and it was clearly outdated. Not horrible, just outdated. The queen rooms are extremely small, so don't book if you want to hangout in your room a lot. However, I was out working most of my trip so the size wasn't an issue. Even though the rooms are small, you cannot skip out on the amazing roof top hot tubs. Silverbow has thought of everything from robes, flip flops, and even umbrella hats.

Loved it here. Wish I stayed in Juneau for the week to stay in this space. No elevator so pack accordingly. I didn't.

I loved my stay at the Silverbow. I was there late September 2023 for 2 nights. Despite being downtown in an older building I had no issues with street noise during the night. My superior queen room was warm and comfortable. Super-comfy mattress with down-filled duvet covers as the top sheet. A good amount of amenities, especially outlets, in my room. And the lobby is always open to fill up with breakfast and snack items. I seemed to see only one employee the whole time but she would help you with anything that was needed at the drop of a hat. Be aware that there is no elevator for the 2nd and 3rd floor rooms.

What a great place! Close to everything and the staff was great! Clean and comfy beds!! A super breakfast and so accommodating! We loved the idea that we could walk out the door and find a great place to eat or go for a hike. It’s away from the crazy big cruise ships.

The Hotel is a great place for business or tourist travelers. The thing that was great is they ( Misty) Made me feel like I was at home! The Internet worked fine. I only did not like the TV system as I missed my favorite thing News! But your not supposed to watch tv on trips!
