This hotel was decent. The floors turned our feet black, but the rest of the room seemed clean. It is a basic hotel and we were able to sleep, but I wouldn’t stay here again for amenities or location.

arrived around 1am after a very long flight and 2hr drive in from KC, look forward to a bed and sleep, unfortunately the hotel clerk had more important plans, nobody at the desk. We called the number the desk phone rang, called the hotel mgr number rang unanswered at the desk, says hit 0 for the operator then it says that numbers been disconnected. We walk around the parking lot and hotel hallways, no sign of life. We waited over 20 minutes when Stephanie walks in, you can tell she had been sleeping somewhere although she says she was looking for her hotel card in her car. We weren't happy and she knew it. As far as the hotel, decent, inexpensive, good breakfast.

Good clean room. Staff was very friendly throughout the check in and check out. Breakfast was clean and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend and stay again if traveling through. Walking distance to several eating places

Agreeing with Tracy W & Lori G 100% I have never in my life even considered writing a negative review until now. $185 was charged after check out with hotel staff (Jackie, as stated in another review) extremely rudely said the cat traveling with my daughter was brought in. He was not. She left him loose in the Jeep overnight and agonized over it. Jackie said they had “proof” which is impossible. 100% impossible. The carrier was brought in to repair because the top 1/2 was separating from the bottom 1/2. The litter box was cleaned in the room. Why would you drive across the country with a dirty litter box. The mistake made was the attempt to be honest and declare and pay for a pet at check in. Once told it was against the rules, the cat slept overnight in the car. Yet I am charged $185 for cleaning…. Cleaning absolutely nothing because there was not a cat in the room. Seems that this type of thing is a pattern as I am reading reviews.

My husband checked into the hotel this evening. The desk attendant, Jacqueline, has been EXTREMELY RUDE and hostile to me.(not so much to my husband....) I have no idea why she decided that she could get away with harassing me. She truly doesn't belong in the "hospitality" industry! I hope you decide to let her go before she has the opportunity to get your hotel branch more bad reviews!

Stayed in this hotel because of location on a trip home to FL. The hotel is an old hotel that has been refurbished. The carpet in the hall was clean as was carpet in the room. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was ok. A/c was noisy. We had our dog which was another reason to choose this hotel. The room was $130 with a AAA discount with an additional $30 for the dog. Breakfast was very limited. Compared to the La Quinta hotels we stayed at for under $120 with our dog, I have to say this Quality Inn was grossly overpriced. Will not stay again just for that reason.
