This time the facility and service at Hotel AlManzil was awful . I was staying at Room No 706 for 3 nights
The sofa set in the visitor room was in a very dilapidated and soiled condition. Moreover I requested 5 times at reception to have it replaced but to no action at all , although housekeeping rep had assured me of replacing the same after visiting us. I have in return got severe back pain as a gift from AlManzil Hotel.
No microwave oven and with four glasses and one spoon for 6 people staying in 3-bedroom executive type, extremely pathetic. Taking customers for granted is normal in hotel industry but please note that I will never ever enter your hotel nor recommend to my friends . Please refund the entire amount back to my card as the value of stay was zero
