아메린 호텔 조호르바루 후기

정말 다시는 가고싶지 않다 모든 시설이 더럽다고 느껴지고 화장실엔 누구의 것인지 모를 머리카락이 수북히 있었다 방에서는 에어컨 곰팡이 냄새가 나고… 베개에서는 아저씨 머리안감은 냄새가 났다. 정말 추천하지 않는 호텔이다 여행중 집에 돌아가고 싶으면 이용하면 좋을 것 같다

이 호텔은 4성급이고 가격도 저렴한 편은 아니지만, 객실은 마치 저가 호텔처럼 사진과 전혀 달랐습니다. 프런트에 문의했더니 사진이 업데이트되지 않았다고 하더군요. 광고에는 화장실과 침대 사이에 무광 유리 칸막이가 있는 것처럼 보였지만, 실제로는 유리 전체가 노란색으로 칠해져 있었습니다! 베개와 침대에도 얼룩이 많았습니다.

침대 시트가 제대로 세탁되지 않아 머리카락, 털, 얼룩이 쉽게 눈에 띕니다. 바닥 청소 상태도 개선이 필요합니다. 조식 메뉴도 선택의 폭이 좁습니다. 청결 및 위생 상태가 대폭 개선되어야 합니다! 유일한 장점은 펄링 몰과 주롱 이스트행 버스 터미널이 가깝다는 점입니다.

저는 항상 여기를 예약하는데, 한 번도 실망한 적이 없어요. 체크인과 체크아웃도 간편하고요. 음식도 나쁘지 않아요. 선택의 폭이 넓지는 않지만, 제겐 괜찮았어요. 엘리베이터도 꽤 빨라서 급할 때 유용해요. 편의시설은 기본적인 것들이에요. 전반적으로 만족스러워요!

무료로 제공되는 괜찮은 조식 덕분에 아메린 호텔에서 1박을 잘 보냈습니다.

호텔과 객실은 다소 낡았습니다. 밤에는 오토바이 소리와 폭죽 소리가 들려 소음 공해가 심합니다.

Room is clean snd comfortable, location is near to perling mall with eatery around. Opposite the hotel is a pickup point for CW 3, which make it convenient to travel to and fro from JB to Sungapore (Jurong East)

Very good location near restaurant for dinner and easy access to city. average cleanness of hotel. Reception staff could be better trained. Quite cold welcome and unclear voice from the front desk staff.

Stayed here last weekend and was disappointed with the room condition. The hotel is old and seems poorly maintained. The toilet blind was mouldy, towels were yellowish and worn, sink drain was stained, and there was dust around the bed. The shower glass divider also looked unsafe. Breakfast choices were very limited, and I noticed the chef was not wearing a mask or hair cap. Housekeeping staff seemed to do their best, but hotel management needs to improve the maintenance and upkeep of the property.

Disappointed that there’s no proper swimming pool for kids. The pool is poorly maintained, and there are no lifeguards on duty. It feels unsafe to leave children unattended in this area.

Big room with 2 bedrooms in Amerin Suite. Comfortable for my family of 6. Basic breakfast came with room purchase. Old tired carpets but clean comfortable bed and well maintained toilets.

hotel is nice,clean, convenient. everyday to legoland was rm12. breakfast buffet was nice..alot of variety though food was abit cold and hard. but there were some hot stuffs. alot of local fare. room air con was leaking on 1st night.. need abit of push to get the staffs to help but after that was ok. didn't notice leaking further on. 7-11 downstairs. will return again if we are going back to legoland

Room has very strong fragrance smell that cause me uncomfortable. Lobby has toilet smell too. Very noisy at night, can hear other room open door. But the location is nice.

I reached the hotel around 5.30p.m. Unfortunately the room wasn't ready for me to check in. The receptionist said it will be ready within 20-30 minutes. After half an hour the room was still not ready. I had to go somewhere else rather than sitting there waiting. I only came again at around 10.30p.m. And the room was ready to be checked in. What an experience. On the other hand I love the breakfast spread. To me there are varieties of choices. I think I will come again.
