체크인 절차는 쉽고 간단합니다. 이런 숙소에서의 단기 투숙에는 편의시설이 꽤 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 하지만 체크인할 때 마스터 욕실과 다른 욕실의 변기가 막혔습니다. 다행히 공용 욕실은 사용할 수 있었지만, 욕실을 사용해야 했기 때문에 숙박하는 동안 불편을 겪었습니다. 경영진이 점검을 위해 팀을 파견해 달라고 제안했지만, 이로 인해 해당 기간 동안 숙박하는 데 불편을 겪게 될 것입니다. 에어컨을 켜면 냄새가 납니다. 투숙객이 체크인하기 전에 청소를 했다면 이러한 문제는 피할 수 있었을 것입니다. 욕실 막힘 문제를 제외하면 숙박하는 동안 편의시설은 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 경영진의 도움과 노력에 진심으로 감사드립니다.

Bathtub in the balcony with a beautiful view. Only con is you cannot drop off right at the block so if you have big shopping bags and luggages it will be very inconvenient. Aircon in master bedroom is pretty weak too. Other than that, customer service is excellent 😊

It was easy and straightforward instructions was given out on how to check in and out. The cleanliness was considerably clean in the unit although it was a little dusty on the floor which I guess they could come in from the bottom gap of the main door. The homestay has every amenities we could want. Aeon supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants are just a stone's throw from the homestay itself, very convenient for us to get around. The homestay security level is pretty good to protect residents, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure a safe living environment. We get to see the security guards patrol all areas, with alertness and safety measures. This makes us feel safer during our stay. I will give 9/10 for our stay, minus 1 pt was because of the small wear and tear such as a chipped plate, broken lock slide door at the balcony and peeling off wallpaper. 8/10 to the condo amenities, minus 2 pt was because the children’s pool was found toilet paper soaking inside the pool and cigarette butt washing up at the swimming pool staircase. I find them disgusting, unhygienic and uncomfortable to let my little on to play in it. Overall, we had a pleasant and cosy homestay there and we will come back again.

Very happy with the stay here at blk 17A #1003, from starting the Owner msg us and informed and guiding all the details of checking in making it so smooth for us (so grateful) We check in abit late bcos of the jammed to Jb and the Owner agreed to give us check late out at 12pm (so nice of them) Even after check out still msg and asking us how we feel enjoy staying there. Appt was clean, neat and cosy just nice for our short Getaway (forgotten to take photos though) Thank you Owner for the service and will look up to your appt again soon...see u🥰
