아파트입니다. 매일 청소 서비스가 없습니다. 세탁, 건조, 그리고 요리할 경우 주방이 제공됩니다. 앱으로 예약해야 해서 꽤 번거로웠고, Avante Homes에 이메일을 보내고 300MYR의 보증금을 추가로 지불해야 했습니다. 우편함 번호 잠금 장치가 너무 작아서 아무것도 보이지 않았습니다. 선풍기와 에어컨 조절도 꽤 복잡했습니다. 좋은 점은 베개, 베갯잇, 목욕가운이 넉넉하다는 것입니다. 이전 세입자가 이상한 짓을 했으면 좋겠습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 숙박이었습니다.

숙박은 괜찮았고 수압도 괜찮았고 싱글 침대도 편안했습니다. 에어컨은 시원했습니다. 에어비앤비 예약인 줄 몰랐는데 체크인은 오후 3시였고 체크아웃은 오전 11시까지 해야 했는데, 체크아웃하려면 12시까지 연장해 달라고 해야 했습니다. 번거로움이 없었습니다. 콤타 JBCC까지 도보 5분 거리라 위치가 좋고 근처에 식당도 있습니다.

STAY AWAY！ this hotel will email you after booking and demand you pay 300 rm online off the trip app and say they will refund it 4-7 days after your stay. I asked to pay by cash or at least by card in person. They refused and wouldn’t give me the info to check in. I asked to cancel the booking as I’m not comfortable paying with some strange link off the original website and they also refused. I lost money and they lost a customer for life! Stay at a reasonable and honest hotel.

Property was very near Komtar JBCC, will book again when the next time I visit again, room was clean except there is a dead cockroach in the toilet, overall a very pleasant stay.

Very near Komtar JBCC and CIQ. Has HaiDiLao nearby as well and a 7-11.
