Stayed here. Check in process is quite clear. Just that they do not have any info available for you until the day itself. Not recommended for people who needs everything in place before setting off.
The room itself is quite ok, very normal apartment, cleaniness is not the top, but generally clean. Location is good, you can eat lala hotpots and many other food nearby with massages and karaokes.
Hotel will ask for deposit 100RM and will return it after your stay. I paid with touch and go. After my stay they reached out to pay me back. I replied with my Duitnow and bank account , but they have gone radio slient since.
I think the customer service and communication is poorly managed, if you got anxiety issues this place is not recommended
