Room is clean. Service staffs are helpful. Location is good as it's connected to the mall. The QR code to link to housekeeping services doesn't work. Still have to call someone.

Myself and 3 other friends checked in 2 rooms. We were greeted warmly by e reception staff, fuss-free check-ins. Parking is at level 6 and lobby for check-in is at level 7. Easy to find. With a 24/7 gym, lovely swimming pool as per the picture and a lovely spread of breakfast. Love the cleanliness of the room and a unblocked view at level 17. Huge room with a curved sofa and table. Cozy room with comfy beds with ample space for luggages. Direct access to shopping mall at G level. Only thing i wanted to complain about is the lighting in the room, which you can only either off all the lights or just off the reading lights and leave the rest on. U can't off eg, half of the room lights. So its either too bright/too dark to sleep.

Nice and comfy room, the bed and pillows were so comfortable to sleep in. The small dining area and lounge were ideal for meals or simply chill. Quite peaceful, decent gym and nice pool. Didn’t book with breakfast so cannot comment on the food. Note that this hotel so not provide room dining service. Direct link to mall makes it easier to shop around. There are many things and massage services to explore in the paradigm mall. I would have given 5 stars for service if the staff smiled and greeted us and helped us with our luggages from the car.

Room is big and comfy. Superb service and friendly staff. Cleanliness is good. The gym and pool is small tho, morning always full. The breakfast has limited varieties but ample , taste wise is average not that international style more like local. The location is good just above the mall and minutes to Sutera . Overall satisfied .

Hotel is clean and feels like newly renovated. Room is spacious. The swimming pool is big and water is clean. Hotel is accessible to Paradigm mall. Parking at Level 6. Hotel reception at Level 7. The parking is flat rate RM6/entry in the mall for hotel guests. We really enjoyed our staycation in JB.

Great service with express check out available where you don't even have to head to the front desk to return the room cards. Room was clean, bed was real comfy, and the drapes block out all light effectively. Alsor received a slice of chocolate cake and a small box of 5 individually wrapped cookies as the staycay was for a special occasion. However, I have 2 small complaints. (1) The direct access to the hotel from the mall (located near Skechers) was not available during my stay. I believe it was under renovation. This is not actually a huge deal if I had known how to get to the hotel, which is literally next to the mall: walk out entrance 2 of the mall (next to Uniqlo) and turn right. Instead, as a first-time patron, I had no clue and ended up walking up and down the entire mall searching for a way to the hotel from within the mall, to no avail, for more than a half hour. There was no signage anywhere... Online reviews and directions on Hyatt's website mentioned lift access on the 7th floor of the mall, but nopeeee, all boarded up or something. Honestly unnecessarily frustrating. 2) Temperature control for the shower can be a lot better. To get a nice warm temperature that isn't cold or scalding to the skin requires you to adjust the knob to a very specific angle. Slightly off and you'll get blasted with frigid or hot water, yikes! So yes, incredibly unforgiving.

Staying at Hyatt was a dream, a perfect combination of convenience and privacy. The rooms are large and well furnished, right above paradigm mall you can get straight to shopping and they have wonderful amenities from a gym, pool and buffet breakfast!

Amenities are good - clean gym and pool. Room was spacious, modern and clean. No stickiness on floor and carpet. However, response from housekeeping via telephone to desk for razor did not fulfilled. Will still stay here again. Location next to mall with plenty of food and shopping choices!!

Overall a pleasant experience with the hotel. Stayed for 3D2N. Hotel is conveniently located right beside paradigm mall. Hotel room is spacious and spoit for food choices. Highly recommended. Will come again in future :)
