Over all experience has been excellent with amazing landscape and management of all aspects of providing comfortable stay. Management staff Prathamesh , Aditya , Mrunali , Sushant are always polite and friendly and helpful. Excellent behaviour. Restaurant staff were extremely helpful particularly Madhwi and boys from Darjeeling. I wish them all success in life and career.

The perfect gateway beach destination is how I will describe this place. This is my second visit to this place. Its a lovely well maintained property which is spread out near the beach with rooms for everyone, families, couples, youngsters alike. The landscaping is good and the best part is that it overlooks the beach. You have to just walk out of the property and you are on the beach. Another highlight of this place is the lovely food, especially the a-la- carte dishes. Pomfret fry, Chicken Sukkha, Prawns pulao dishes are just out of this world!! The property is also close to popular spots in Dapoli such as the ‘Harne bandar’, Keshavraj Temple, Lord Parshuram statue and many more. Last but not least is the wonderful staff, they truly are welcoming, courteous and very helpful. A big thanks to Prathamesh, Aditya, Mrunali, Madhavi, Sarika and Sushant for the great service! They all deserve to be recognised for their efforts. And special mention to the Manager Mr. Krishna. He truly is a great person, very resourceful, very helpful and went out of the way to adjust our booking for the resort (which we had to reschedule due to last minute exigency)! This was a great weekend getaway! The rooms were spacious and clean (we had the sea breeze suite). The food was good, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool could occasionally get crowded, but the property opens right on to the beach and you can catch lovely sunsets- so there's really no drawback. Tip: There's a lot of greenery, so carry mosquito repellant to enjoy the outdoors better!

Loved the place, it’s right at the beach. Extremely well maintained. We stayed at sea view room which are completely worth the money with fantastic views. The food in the restaurant was great as well. Overall will recommend this great place.

Amazing location best hospitality… it was like coming to our second home. The food served was freshly cook and delicious. The staff was very friendly and soft spoken. The rooms are spaces and cozy. We really liked it and will like visit again.

Very polite and humble staff. Special Thanks to Aditya, Mrunali, Suraj and Prathamesh who available during our two nights stay. Food was delicious. Housekeeping staff is also very helpful. we're family of 6 peoples and booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. Little expensive side as we have stayed in June month and weekdays which is off/rainy season in Kokan.
