I was impressed with this property from the time you entered the property till check-out. Both staff and facility were exceptional. Staff redefined CUSTOMER SERVICE and undeniably, incomparable. They were courteous, polite and polished. FOOD is a food critic's dream. Simply 5 Michelin star. They even made a dish not in the menu. I have stayed in so ***y 5 star properties and by mile, Umaid Bhawan Palace is IMPRESSIVE. THANK YOU AND SEE YOU AGAIN.

From the moment we arrived to leaving we were totally treated like royalty throughout our 3 night stay. Everything was just perfect and nothing too much trouble for the staff- our personal concierge Aniket was a superstar and even arranged a special behind the scenes experience for my husband to take photos. Our room was beautiful- every detail thought through and special touches from the lovely Asif. Complimentary afternoon tea is a nice touch and morning yoga, plus a choice of 2 pools and a lovely spa. We ate a very special dinner at Pillars which was beautiful, and thanks to ***isha for her recommendations on Indian dishes. Once here you won’t want to go out, but do as Jodhpur is a magical place.

The palace is really worth the visit. The stay was excellent. The whole team was very warm and kind. We did loads of activities. Sweta was always a phone call away to help us go around and do things during our stay. Highly recommend enjoying the High Tea at the property. Spa and Indoor swimming was fun. Horse riding we also enjoyed. And the grand welcome when we arrived at the airprot was something to cherish always. Thanks to the entire team.

This was the most amazing experience of our trip. We were pampered and were given the best hospitality. Our welcoming procession made us feel special. The hotel had ***y complimentary activities for us to choose from including mocktail making and palace tours. The food was delicious and they were very catering to our needs. You can choose from an Indian meal or a multi continental meal. Their drinks were incredible. Our favorite drinks are Jodhpur Lancers (whiskey based) and The Maharani Special (vodka based). Not only was the food good, but also the palace was filled with beauty and history. Its majestic architecture leaves you in awe at each time of the day. So make sure you have your camera ready, especially to capture photos of the peacocks. We were able to feed the peacocks at breakfast too! The entertainment was phenomenal. The Rajasthani musicians played Bollywood songs we requested during our welcome. The musicians during dinner played the best music that made us sing and dance *****. They are all so talented and we wish we could listen to them all day. The best part about Umaid Bhawan that makes it stand out from any other hotel was the staff. Some of the staff members that made our stay amazing: Aniket, Jabbar, ***isha, Yakup, Shobhit, Narendar, Sweta, Harsh, Kartik, Deepika and Hardik.

It was my one of my best stay in terms of hospitality and opulence , in the world!!! Mr swaroop, Mr sikandar and Mr saadiq were absolutely wonderful.... I wud like to go there again and be treated like king & queen... The trophy bar and risala restaurant are stunning with good delectable choice of food! All in all... BEST!!!

Hospitality to the Next level. The pampering and all small things were Taken care of. Special Mention of Alka and Swaroop Singh. The Restaurant Service was very nice and food was Superb. The upgrade to the higher category room was very sweet.

the hotel is in a live in Palace and Taj ***ages half. Its absolutely stunning but more so the grounds!!! The welcome was amazing! Trumpets, music, champagne!!! we felt like dignitaries! The service just overwhelming! The elevator operator I think Pavan was there all the time. Sikander Singh was there to help us...with ANYTHING...all day every day. He also gave us a tour of the palace and we saw the royal suites!!! Breakfast and dinner service is flawless. There is live entertainment and the spa and both pools are stunning. We got cold drinks and snaks by the pool without even asking for it! The peacocks on the property are beautiful and very entertaining. Just an amazing experience!
