Where do I start? Initial impression on entering the hotel lobby is that it is well presented and has some character. However that's just a front for one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. We were tired from a long day travelling so went straight into dinner. A fairly limited buffet was on offer which would have been ok but was either lukewarm or cold.... very concerning where chicken, rice and pasta is involved as these are well known breeding grounds for bacteria. They charged for water, although later experience of the hotel's standards made us glad we paid for bottled water. Hilariously a bottle of Kingfisher started at £6.50 and after refusing that they came back later with an offer of £5.... haggling in a hotel, unbelievable! The room was ok ish but no hot water (fixed after complaining) and very scruffy appearance was a big disappointment, as was the bizarre light switching arrangements that meant either total darkness or full lights. Terrible sealing and gaps around sanitaryware and significant traffic noise made this a very unpleasant experience.

NICE Hotel oasis Restaurant view with Swimming Pool , Meal is Awesome me and My Friend Like It . Every thing is Near by Hotel and all Staff is Good . MR ***oj F.O.M and His Staff Having Friendly Behavior and Helpful . .Thank You Mr ***oj And Staff .l Will Come Again with Family .

Good Property, satff and food Also. All Monuments and Airport, Railway station and Bus Stand Near By the Hotel. In Hotel Front Desk Staff very Polite and Helpful Staff I will Recommend to My Friend and Office Colleague to Stay in this Hotel and i Enjoy it

Nice Hotel Room is Comfortable and view of Swimming pool. and food was delicious Most important Front Desk staff is very Polite and Friendly Behaviour . In Night Staff very Good Person he help me for visiting Monument Mr Ajay F.O.A and Mr ***oj SinghF.O.M

Stayed for one night only but still it was worth it as soon as l entered I was greeted by Mr.Lakshay at the reception with a beautiful smile and the room was quite comfortable they are best stay 😇😇😇❤️❤️🫶🫶👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Loved the place. The team was very nice and very supportive, helped me with all my requirements. I would especially mention Ankita and her team for their wonderful service. Even the food was very good 👍. Dilshad from the oasis restaurant was very helpful. If you are planning to come to jodhpur, this is a wonderful place to stay.

Hotel is very good lovely stay staff is very polite.we staying pool side view room and it was very good room are very clean and great view of swimming pool breakfast 🥞 is also good thanks house keeping staff Mr Sanjay and Sangeeta to make our stay memorable ....
