Firstly the wrong room was alloted to us and it was changed after frequent follow ups. Secondly the food service was pathetic and room service person was behaving like new staff with clueless gestures and didn't provided any cutlery in the first go, and when we followed up with him again then he said thaht he already very occupied so asked us to ***age with the available serving spoon and withoit salt and pepper. Thirdly, they did not cleaned the room in our whole 2 nights visit and did not provided the daily water bottle. Fourthly, the midnight menu was mentioned for service from 11.30 pm till 7 am and they did not told us beforehand that the menu is old and there wpuld be no food available after 10.30 PM. Lastly, they never provided us the key as they said the previous guest has taken the key and we had to reach out to the reception everytime we need to unlock our room. Really felt like we were staying at government guest house with the worst service i have ever experienced.
