리토랄 골드 플랫(Littoral Gold Flat)

O atendimento, as áreas de lazer, a localização e a limpeza são nota 1000!!! As instalações não estavam de acordo com o anuncio, fiz a reserva para 3 pessoas mas no quarto só tinha uma cama de casal, precisei solicitar uma cama auxiliar. Também como fiz a reserva no mesmo dia da hospedagem, meus dados não estavam no sistema do flat, precisei aguardar um pouco para que o atendente pudesse realizar a inclusão manual. Fora esses itens, tudo foi perfeito e com certeza, voltarei mais vezes. Amo a PB e gosto bastante do Golden Flat, já é a segunda vez que fico no mesmo lugar.

The Littoral Gold Flat is a good place to stay with some disappoin**ents the weekend I stayed recently. 1. The dining room was very warm as one of the 3 air conditioners did not work and the other two were turned on the minute they started serving breakfast. Large rooms need at least a hour to cool off. I felt very hot at breakfast. 2. My suite only had air conditioning in the bedroom. The living area had to be cooled by way of keeping the bedroom door open. I had coworkers over to hang out but we had to stop the meeting because it was too hot in my living area that has no air conditioning. Spend the money so that if I pay for a suite I can host visitors without embarrassing moments like I experienced. 3. There are many homeless people nearby. 2 times I was approached getting into my car by people begging who could have just as easily tried to rob me. I was parked outside the Flat’s parking garage on the street. I felt unsafe outside of the hotel. Inside was safe and secure. 4. They kept the gaming / recreation areas locked all dat long. I thought May keycard could be used to enter but I had to get a staff member. 5. Overall the place had some nicer features, especially the showers. They had a good hot shower. Good space as well in the bedroom and living rooms.

My stay was good, but the breakfast service was not fair for the level of the hotel. Items were not replaced, it means if you want to have everything on the buffet you should be there when the breakfast starts. Also, the service was passive aggressive for no reason, i am talking about me. I don't care if they had bad experience with others customers, they might provide good service for all.

Easy Check In, very friendly and helpful staff, great environment, and a wonderful breakfast spread (the property comes with free breakfast). Apar**ents are well laid out and comfortable for an ideal stay.

Hotel muito bom estava tudo bem limpinho, atendimento muito bom, localização ótima! Voltarei com certeza.

O hotel cumpre com o que oferece, tivemos só um problema com o serviço de quarto , a funcionária entrou no quarto sem bater, para realizar a limpeza, foi bem constrangedor, o hotel não oferece placa de não perturbe e outra coisa é o restaurante onde é realizado o café é extremamente quente.

Horrível, fiz reserva para 3 pessoas, o ar condicionado deu defeito fui para um quarto horrível,!!! Café da manhã terrível, não indico a ninguém.

Experiência razoável, o quarto bem limpo, cama eram duas camas de solteiro juntas, essa parte deixou a desejar e o bar que fica na piscina só atende à partir das 11h também não gostei e pra piorar no último dia, não teve como desfrutar da piscina antes do check-out , pois estava em manutenção.
