Didn't stay overnight here just stayed a couple of hours a lot of ants dusty floor that seemed like didn't clean and hair on the towel, and chewing gum on the luggage rack could be a perfect room if the room is clean.

We were initially placed in a room that had an unpleasant odor and where lights weren’t working. After requesting a different room we were informed that there had been a flooding incident in our original room which resulted in electrical problems with the lights. Why were we put in that room in the first place? We were moved right across the hall into a room “with a much better view” according to the desk clerk. Again, why weren’t we given the better room initially? That being said, the breakfast buffet was good and most of the workers encountered were both friendly and helpful.

The driveway into the property looked like the city dump - heaps and mounds of trash, broken furniture, etc. It was so filthy that I considered stopping and calling ******* to tell them I couldn't stay here. I decided once I pulled up front that I would go in after all. Check-in was quick, efficient, and so courteous. I got into my room where the problems began. The thermostat was not working and it was about 95 degrees. Maintenance came quickly and took care of it. Then I turned the tv on and the cable was not working. Maintenance came and ended up replacing the cable. Then I went into the bathroom. There was one towel and a half roll of t.p. Once again, housekeeping took care of the issue right away, but I wondered why it was one aggravation after another. The water continued to run in the toilet unless you jiggled the handle. Breakfast was nice and the woman who was serving guests was very friendly and polite! The staff certainly made up for the deficits of the facility.

The property was clean and quiet. Good value for the price. More than 2 sets of towels for 2 people would have been helpful but altogether conditions were up to expected standards of cleanliness

Positive sides… Clean Parking Breakfast Negative sides… Toilet broken Bath drain clogged Nobody to fix it

Bathroom was flooded and requested a refund due to said damage and haven’t received one.

Location stated it accommodates 6 people there was only 2 queen beds in the wrong. No way unless people slept on the floor does it sleep six now fighting to get my money back

The elevator kept breaking down. I was locked in the elevator when it shut down and no one would respond the help button. My wife had to go to the front desk to get the employee who was playing on his phone to reboot the elevator ( escuse was that the basement was too cold and systems would shut down. Changed rooms 3 times ( key wouldn't work, air conditioning wouldn't work, rooms were dusty). With breakfast the employee would keep an eye on what we were taking and question us that we had eaten when we hadn't even finished eating.

No house cleaning provided, dirty bed linen and toilet. Bathroom tub was in bad condition. Room carpet had stains.
