아름다운 호텔에 친절한 직원들이 정말 좋았습니다. 프런트의 타리크 덕분에 체크인이 빠르고 수월하게 진행되어 기분 좋은 시작을 할 수 있었습니다. 특히 당직 매니저인 루아이는 모든 것을 완벽하게 준비해 주셔서 정말 감사했습니다.
조식은 다양하고 맛있는 메뉴로 구성되어 있었고, 위치도 카페와 현지 맛집들이 가까워 매우 편리했습니다.
전반적으로 훌륭한 호텔이었고 직원들도 최고였습니다. 제다에 다시 오게 된다면 꼭 이 호텔에 묵을 거예요. 루아이, 덕분에 잊지 못할 추억을 만들 수 있었습니다. 감사합니다!

The only thing that will not make me comeback to this hotel is the noise control. You can hear people next room and closing the doors.

Overall trip was not pleasant , spa facilities were not working which were reason behind booking this location , luggage getting lost and delivered to room after 30-40 minutes.

Location is great and convenient to every famous location.
Lobby is big and artistic. Staff was helpful on all request.
However room is quite old.
Overall the stay was ok. Bit overpriced for the breakfast.
