We had a lovely stay 😍😍! Our room was comfortable, clean and we had service every day 🥰🥰. The receptionist team was very friendly and professional🤗🤗. The breakfast and service and buffet was nice and fast with a lot of variety😋😋. Indoor games was also available🎲♟️. The best service oriented hotel in town , nice service ,the best part of the hotel is located main market and noice free rooms ,food was very yammy,lobby ambience of the lobby is so good staff is very courteous ready to serve any time, specially from desk Ms Jyoti is very courteous and she very smiling face and ready to help the guest requests love to vy again.

This is a wonderful hotel with picturesque view of the mountains of Shri Mata Vaishnodevi Shrine . Located in centre of the town of Katra in very peaceful place . Facilities are best in class and very well appointed rooms , lobby , parking , elevator. More importantly the staff and managers are excellent people with helping and kind approach . We loved our stay of 2 nights here . Room bed is with very good quality mattress to provide most comfortable sleep . Food is plenty of vegetarian variety with inclusion of local Kashmiri dishes and very delicious. Prompt service makes the stay enjoyable.

Great experience.. services are very good.. staffs are well behaved and polite.. location is very goo, its near to the katra railway station and not so far from the market…i always use to stay since 7-8 years.. and i recomment my near and dear to stay there only..

One of the most welcome stays I have experienced in the location. Being a regular to the city, I have somehow settled in on this hotel as a choice of stay. Weather you are a seasoned traveler to Katra or newbie, Rohit at front desk is very helpful and you can count on him to give best guidance. Chef Hemraj whips up the best food you can eat despite NONG restrictions.

Wonderful service experience for stay of two nights from 21st Nov to 23rd Nov ,we booked Premium room ,room was large and spacious,Kashmiri Kahwa was served as welcome drink which was nice in taste , reception staff guided well at reception and has drop facility to point where where yatra starts,keep up the good work Rama Trident staff

This is one of the best hotels to stay in Katra. The food is very good and tasty. Staff stays very humble. Location is good as well nearby to Katra town. Staff fulfills all the requests and making us feel the same way home we feel at home.
