Nice hotel within the city of Jalandhar. Hygiene was ok, service was good. However I waited 45 minutes for a cup of tea and there was no parking space like written in the description. Breakfast had limited choice. We chose the room specially for the bath but only the cold water was working.

The suite room is spacious. - Comfortable linen and high-quality amenities, including unlimited water bottles. - High-class restaurant with a variety of sumptuous food, especially Punjabi dishes. - Ample parking available. Hotel is on the main road with ATMs, restaurants, and chemists within walking distance. - Special thanks to Mr. Sunil Thakur from the front desk for making my experience smooth.

Our second long term visit to this hotel we had a few rooms booked and what made us return was the previous visit as the staff were on point. Keep doing what you are doing thank you Balraj, Sagar, Varun & Mahesh for your exemplary service, my mother and I treat this place like home, you also on this trip accommodated my nephew with ease immediately with his allergies and am forever grateful, in fact he told everyone in London he wants to stay here when he returns to JLR. Staff are accessible, some junior staff have their moments but that's natural everyone's learning and we are all human, inform the Mgmt and they guide them well. Breakfast and Kitchen staff Sachin(Breakfast staff) by far is the (Taj/W/FourSeasons) type of chap any 5 star hotel would have, attentive to the core, approachable and will always remember what you eat and even if you have gone back to your table and forgotten a fork it will be put on your table before you get up, he liases well with the chef (Robin) in the morning to get you what you need and an asset and want makes my mother and I return. Chef Suraj, thank you for your wonderful food and off menu items required and adaptations. my mother who's a very critical cook loves your take on the food and is very happy. In essence this hotel for what you pay is made that much more better by the staff and in my eyes is a bargain. Yes the rooms may need updating a little but no doubt given the circumstances they provide you with everything you'd expect from a Ramada, I'd choose this over the other Ramada or Radisson as i find those more outdated and worn. I have been visiting this place regularly and one thing I can say is that they take care of you. They know the preference of the person and it is done. The hotel is located at a central place and ease of accessibility to move around the places. The staff at reception is helpful and the food is good. overall I will say that it is a very good place to stay and will recommend it to all. Mr Balraj was always helpful, cordial and joyful.

Greated with rooms smelling of sewage dirty sheets pillows that had mould on. When we had them change the sheets the mattress was covered in stains all over and was mouldy ***** with the pillows. Breakfast was equally as bad with dirty cutlery and dishes! I booked for a week but checked out the next day! Avoid this place like the plague....

The buffet was great so fresh so amazing snacks were outstanding and main course was more superb.. its a damm must try for everyone both locals and international people.. staff is very humble polite and cooperative.. treats everyone with high proffesionalism and respect. Would love to go again.

A phenomenal hotel which is just a sight to behold. The stay is very comfortable.The services are just great. I had a stupendous time at this hotel and savoured each and every moment.The food was delicious. My favourite were tempura sushi and dim sum, I devoured them with delight.

Extremely satisfied booking this hotel for my engagement function.. Everything was so amazing. The food was so good everyone complimented the food and services. Mr Adesh and Mr Sagar provided the best services and staff. Ambience was also very nice. Highly recommended to this hotel.

Very nice experince I am stay in 309 last month my stay was osm all staff are very sportive specially all house keeping team ,I did’t remember the name but he wear black turbon he is very polite very sportive over all room is very hygienic , i like the window view
