Excellent Hotel with safe parking place at Prayagraj. Our Stay : 17th March,2024 - 1 N( family of Three) Location - Great. Staffs - courteous. Hotel to Triveni Sangam - 20 minutes by E-rickshaw/Auto. Restaurant: Veg, Excellent Preparations, Beautiful Ambience but service is a bit slow. They arrange guest parking on the road in front of Hotel. But when we requested for a Gated Parking they allowed us to park inside their small (Maximum 2 cars) parking place. Definitely a 'value for money' stay at the price range of 6k.

I recently visited Hotel Kanha Siam, and I had a less than satisfactory experience. I felt that the hotel ***ager’s attitude was quite unfriendly, and their emphasis on payment made me uncomfortable. It’s essential to remember that guests come from various backgrounds, and a more welcoming approach would be appreciated. I decided to leave the hotel due to this experience, and I found the overall staff demeanour to be disappointing. I believe it’s essential to provide honest feedback to help improve services for future visitors

The restaurant staff should be trained to be more polite and courteous .

We needed a decent hotel to stay at Prayagraj for a night.The room were clean and comfortable.Great location and the popular tourist attraction Sangam was only 4 km away.The staff appeared to be friendly.Nice stay in Hotel Shree Kanha Residency.

Staff needs to be trained properly. Gets argumentative very easily even when they are at fault.

staff is uninterested with sad faces. you have to ask for wifi , toiletries , ( better carry your own stuff ) ,TV doesnt work. breakfast and food is substandard. I think owner is not interested in business.

This is an OK hotel for the money, however we had a serious issue with their travel service. We (three elderly people) booked a car through the hotel for a 4-day travel to Varanasi, ***a, and Patna (1200 KM of travel). We requested a good car with an experienced driver. They gave us a car that ran on CNG (compressed natural gas) without telling us and the driver was new and had never driven to ***a/Patna! We had to navigate him throughout the trip. So much for listening to the needs of the customer. Hotel is at fault because they referred us to this lousy travel agency (which apparently is also connected to one of their staff). Apart from the driver, we had a horrible experience with the car they gave. Our major issue is about the car itself. Had they told us in advance, we would have never taken a CNG car. We figured it out after we had traveled to Varanasi and the driver started looking for CNG, and it was too late to change the car. CNG is much cheaper and that's why inconsiderate travel agencies give these to you. And, remember they charge the same amount, keeping the extra profit for themselves. The big problem with CNG is that every 100 KMs, you have to refuel it. To add to your woe, not every petrol pump has CNG; so every 100 KMs you waste half an hour of your time (or more depending on traffic) looking for a petrol pump that sells CNG. The driver is distracted half of the time just thinking about where to fill CNG. Overall, CNG car may be fine for local travel, but is horrible for long-distance travel. We wasted a lot of our valuable time. Later we learnt that one of the hotel staff was a part of the travel agency. The poor travel service is affecting the reputation of this hotel. Any self-respecting hotel/travel agency would have offered to return part of our money. They haven't and we don't want it. The ***y hours we wasted looking for CNG will never come back. So, beware of the poor travel service that the hotel recommends; otherwise the hotel is good. Hopefully the hotel will take some corrective action so that their future guests do not suffer. Without the horrible car experience, we would have rated the hotel three stars.

Though it's a new property, the hotel is made with very low quality stuff and is not worth the price. The ACs and other room equipments are in worst conditions and there is foul smell too in the rooms. Aside necessities like toiletries and water bottles are also not provided adequately. Staff is not experienced and takes a lot of time in each and every activity. Overall a very bad experience and not worth staying again.
