Hotel is very good. Rooms are neat and clean. They have in house restaurant. Food is OK and chef is ready to prepare dishes as per your requirement and taste. Staff is very good & cooperative. Hotel is near to fort and market. We have stayed twice between a gap of one day during which we have visited sam. They have also kept our luggage safely during our visit to sam.

It was a Pleasant stay , The service was nice , The rooms were clean , The breakfast delicious , Beautiful surroundings , Overall recommend stay. Staff was cooperative. Enjoyed staying at hotel Neeraj

I don't know how the rating of this hotel is 4.5. The booking was done for 2 days based on the so called nice pictures on TripAdvisor. We had booked the rooms for 3850 per day. The room they allotted us was very small, lizard and flies roaming around the room , the walls are dirty with shoe marks till waist height in each wall. The washroom was not so clean. We then requested the ***ager to shift to other room as this was not clean at all. Then they showed us couple of rooms after multiple requests(which according to them costs 1500 more than 3850) but none of the rooms are clean or as per the images across the web. These rooms also had shoe marks on the wall and are very stuffy and claustrophobic. The worst part was they had multiple other empty rooms but they were unwilling to show them. At last we decided to move out and shifted to a nearby hotel whose rooms are far more maintained and clean for the same rates as Hotel Neeraj.

Best Hotel With good location,good food,Staff behavior is also good,Hospitality provided by the Hotel is Best,Rooms are good. You get a straight view of the fort through the hotel.....In short Hotel is Best for Stay with friends and family

Hotel Neeraj is good hotel for solo and family. I have seen ***y decent families staying in hotel Neeraj. Owner Bhatia Ji is very kind and humble ***. Hotel is clean with respect to tariff. Have in house restaurant. Hotel is in close vicinity of Fort, Gadisar lake and bus stand. All.the staff are very humble, but Mahendra bhaiyya is most quick and fast to act. If you are in budget travel and have family or travelling solo, without any hesitation you can opt for it.
