카사 데 카쿠(Casa De Kaku)

部屋はとても清潔で、インドに来てはじめて安心して眠れた気がしました。屋上のレストランは少し高級で利用はしませんでしたが、眺めも良く、雰囲気も最高でした。スタッフもみんな親切で、帰りに駅に行く際トゥクトゥクサービスも案内してくれ、スムーズに旅を進めることができ感謝です！

Privacy at top level. Staff is proactive. Food is excellent with health and hygiene in priority.Drinking water was in abundance. Odd jobs were accomplished at the drop off a hat. The deck served a picturesque view of the golden fort and the city of Jaisalmer. Availablity of vehicles never bungled time and venue. The guides executed a friendly and patient job making it a memorable stay in the golden City.

Nice place to visit!!! The best hotel to stay in Jaisalmer is located on the outskirts where it will be one of the few places where you can find peace. The staff is charming and ready to help you with anything you need, spacious rooms and a very complete breakfast. Definitely highly recommended. If I come back I will definitely stay here.

The room is good. Neat, spacious. They bumped us to a suite without extra cost. But mostly to appease us for an hour long wait to check in. The view of the fort and the city from the restaurant is good. We ordered Chinese, which was good too. Breakfast was so so, not worth the price. For a hotel that charges around INR 6000 for a room, they don't know or care the first things about hospitality. They don't offer room service. The guests are expected to have their meals at the restaurant, which would be fine if the tables were cleaned of the remnants of the last few meals that were had on it. For breakfast, you will be able to reminisce what you had for dinner last night from the food spills still on it unattended. The hotel reception is hardly ***ned. If you are lucky to get through to them on the intercom, you can expect more 'I don't know-s' than you have ever heard from a hotel reception. 'Do you have an ironbox?' "I don't know.' "Has the restaurant started serving breakfast?" "I don't know." Also, even when they answer, you can expect wrong answers with no sorrys or thank yous. During our week long trip through various cities of Rajasthan, sorry to say this is the worst level of hospitality that we encountered. The check out is at 10 30am, with the 2pm checkin (1pm originally, but delayed by an hour) and 10 30am checkout, it was hardly a day's stay for a INR 6000. We were hoping to extend check out time by an hour but by the end, we couldn't wait to exit the place. Will never recommend this place to anybody.

It was a very pleasant stay and the owner Tushar and the staff were very warm and nice ! Food was also good except the continental food was ok ! Cleanliness can be improved at the restaurant ! Rooms were clean !! Approach to the stay shud also be kept clean !

Casa de Kaku, or Uncle’s Home, is a small and excellent family run hotel with magnificent views over the city and of the fort from your breakfast/dining table. It is in a superb location, close to the renowned Patwon ki Haveli. The owner was warm, welcoming and very helpful. He was very positive and had the answers before you had the questions. On the morning of our departure our transport to Jodhpur was cancelled due to a strike. Our host investigated our options and organised all our new onward travel arrangements. I would certainly recommend this hotel to those travelling to Jaisalmer. Don’t expect costumed flunkeys - but do expect warm caring staff. I would publicly like to thank him for all he did for my wife and I.

The best hotel in jaisalmer! Incredible views from the top of the restaurant, amazing and best tasting food. Simply an experience to try! The rooms are great and big jacuzzi. The staff were absolutely amazing and even helped us with one of our luggage that didn't arrive at the airport. Truly amazing hotel and staff 10/10!

A very good hotel in a gorgeous city. Everyone in this hotel did a lot of effort to give us the best stay possible. Besides the beautiful hotelroom there is a very good restaurant that had some local dishes besides the ussual you could expect in India. The terras, from breakfast to cocktail in the evening is a peacefull place with a view over the city with the fort in the back👌 Ask for their local guide: Pankaj, he will guide you trough the city and fort like no other!

Royal fort view Room was spacious and clean, great location with a view of Golden fort from room. Environment was pleasant and welcoming. Parking available. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean bathroom, Highly recommended for family stay.
